• اجادة عرض وتسويق المنتجات
• الالمام ببعض أساسيات المحاسبة المالية
• القدرة على تحديد متطلبات واحتياجات العملاء
• اتقان خدمة العملاء واساليب جذبهم والمحافظة عليهم
• القدرة على التعامل مع شكاوي واعتراضات العملاء
• لديها الاستعداد على معرفة برامج البيع بالتجزئة على الحاسب الالي

الوصف الوظيفي1 حفظ المستندات المطلوبة في الملفات الطبية .
2 استحداث ملفات جديدة للمرضى الجدد.
3 إجراء العمليات المتعاقبة للبيانات وفهرسة وتحديد أرقام الملفات الطبية بالحاسب الآلي .
4 الأجابة على الأستفسارات الهاتفية عن الملفات الطبية ومساعدة الموظفين المصرح لهم بذلك.
5 تسجيل ومراجعة وتوقيع وتقديم تقارير عن الملفات الطبية حسب الطلب
6 الأحتفاظ بسجلات للأداء وتدوين البيانات في الملفات الطبية المطلوبة .
7 رفع تقارير عن المعلومات الغير دقيقة عن المرضى المعدة بالحاسب الآلي للمسؤول عنه .
8 مراجعة الملفات الطبية لمعرفة نواحي القصور وتلافيها .
9 المحافظة على السجلات الطبية والعمل على إصلاحها .
10 الألتزام بسرية المعلومات الطبية عن المرضى .
11 أرشفة الملفات الطبية .
12 يشكل حلقة الوصل بين المركز والمستشفيات بشأن معالجة المرضى .
13 استلام نماذج الأحالة من المستشفيات وتسجيلها في سجل خاص .
14 تحديد المواعيد للمرضى المحالين وإبلاغ المستشفيات بذلك .
15 متابعة حالات المرضى المحالين من المستشفيات والتأكد من إصدار رد لهم .
16 إعداد تقرير شهري يُرفع لمدير المركز يبين فيه المشاكل التي يتعرض لها المرضى المحالين وكذلك مدى تطبيق نظام الأحالة والتجاوب مابين المركز والمستشفى .
17 القيام بأي مهام اخرى يكلف بها ضمن اختصاصه .المهارات1 الألمام بالمصطلحات الطبية .
2 الألمام الجيد باللغة الأنجليزية .
3 القدرة على الأتصال وإقامة العلاقات مع الأخرين .
