Key Responsibilities
Research document design and analyze creative ideas brands presentations websites emails landing pages applications services requirements sitemaps information architecture user needs user journeys flows stories scenarios wireframes design mockups and prototypes to provide highly usable solutions with rich user experience with necessary documentation to clearly communicate the desired solution to the team which meets business and user goals.
Coordinate and work with project teams developers clients vendors and creative agencies in order to ensure a consistent design across different teams and projects
Recruit end users and conduct regular user tests heuristic evaluations and usability evaluations to analyze context of use user needs and evaluate design solutions and give appropriate recommendations.

Area Manager “Fashion Retail”
Key Accountabilities
1. Proactivity contributes to implementation of the retail established strategy to achieve the company’s objectives Develop effective network of communication across the area to ensure shared knowledge and understanding of business activity Identity prioritize and pursue new business opportunities in liaison
2. Clearly and concisely communicate business and area objectives to store managers so that they well informed of business activity and of their required to the target.
3. Monitor closely attendance of store managers and staff in his area and ensures that all stores adhere to compliance requirements in all areas of operational activity company’s policies and procedures.
4. Monitor closely cash handling in all shops and ensures each is deposited in the company bank account on regular basis and as per finance department’s rules and regulations and report any cash deposit irregularities to the finance department in timely manner. Conduct Training POS and POS terminals
5. Coordinate with MIS Operations manager and store managers for quarterly stocktakes supervises inventory to ensure full adherence to stocktake procedures and store assistant managers for checking and reconciling inventory result. Conduct random snaps checks and take responsibilities for loss prevention.
6. Participate in staff recruitment and design induction programs for new hired staff and monitor their performance and ongoing business needs.
7. Ensures protection of company’s assets and resources by meticulously enforcing the company’s policies and procedures in his area.
8. Liaise with operations manager contractors to plan and perform all maintenance works required for the shops.
9. Liaise with VM manager VM’s and store managers to maintain brands image and company high presentation standards at all times.
10. Conduct regular performance appraisals for all store managers and supervises the store managers when appraising their store staff and sent it to HR operation manager in timely manner.
11. Create a positive work environment that results in stable retention and reduction of staff turnover.
12. Support the delivery of all marketing campaigns and support management of customer service activities and staff competence so as to optimize and sustain sales performance and customer satisfaction. And undertakes any duties as assigned by the operation manager.
Skills At least 5 years experience in similar role or business sales experience or equivalent education.
Fluent in Arabic and English
Working knowledge of Microsoft office products strong communication and analytical skills.
Inhouse training ongoing training to develop management skills on the jobs.
