8. Implement HSE norms and on violations enforce appropriate disciplinary action through HSE Project management

10. Conduct weekly safety tool box meetings for project employees
11. Deliver project orientation to the employees services suppliers and visitors
12. Carry out regular HSE inspections of project activities attend client meeting implement corrective action on observations and establish documentation
13. Arrange Fire prevention system at project under the advice of HSE Manager
14. Suspend job activities on imminent danger to employee equipments or environment amp report to management
15. Monitor project house keeping
16. Arrange safety signs for employees awareness as advice by HSE Manager
17. Take care for medical and site facilities for project employees .
