Our client requires the skills of a Biostatistician to help ensure that their hospital receives ongoing accreditation and To perform interpret and analyse research projects.
Job Duties
l. Performing and interpreting basic and complex data analyses.
2. Helping in specifications for analyses data sets and data displays e.g. tables and graphs.
3. Helping in sample size calculation and randomization procedures.
4. Interpreting results in for example a statistical report or as part of a clinical trial report.
5. Communicating statistical issues as they arise with the investigators.
6. Maintaining open steady dialogue with study team members regarding study performance related to timelines data
quality and result interpretation.
7. Working with Data Managers to create data error specifications and validation programs during data entry phases of
research studies.
8. Contributing to the education of KFMC staffon basic and advanced statistical methods.
9. Documenting analyses creates summaries and presents results in written and verbal form to requestors.
10. Writing statistical text for study reports and clinical publications.
11. Preparing methods sections and analysis plans for incorporation in abstracts manuscripts and grants.
12. Demonstrating ability to work on any phase of a manuscript project from initial meeting with an investigator to final
review of a manuscript prior to submission for publication.

Legal Advisor
Job Description
Provision of legal information advice and counseling. And supporting the senior management with timely advice on all legal related matters including legal contracts governance and regulation.
Duties amp Responsibilities
Support the business reputation and achievement of the Company strategy and protect its interests by providing expert and uptodate inhouse legal advice to senior executives ensuring business activities and processes comply with legislationregulations and protecting the Company from taking unacceptable legal risks
Ensure that the Company is able to pursue business opportunities and contracts in an effective and efficient manner while minimizing legal riskexposure through proactively developing updating reviewing and implementing effective contractagreement formats
Protect the interests of the Company by seeking legal counsel and representation from appointed law firms recommendingagreeingcoordinating in appropriate action including litigation to resolve issues and disputes
Promote performancedelivery in line with established contractsagreements by providing legal representation and communication between the Company and vendorssupplierspartners investors developers
Supporting responsibilities related to share holders affairs
Ensuring that the company receives advice on all legal issues that arise during the course of an inquiry.
Supervising researching and analyzing implication of case law legislation and regulatory matters that affect the company and reporting them back to the Head
Managing external and internal legal resources where required.
Review and analysis of legal documents
Receiving uploading material from marketing division for legal review amp approval
Legal division will review the update content to make sure the update contents and materials are applying to Saudi Law and any government’s regularity.
If the uploading update material has to be modified then it should be returned with comments to the concerned department to do the needed and submit to marketing division
Legally reviewing the contracts prepared by product development division do the necessary amendments and endorse the legal advisor approval on the same
Legally reviewing the CAC division documentation pursuant to their request.
Support the Internal Audit division in legal services as they request from time to time.
Represent the company in legal related issues with external parties –if needed.
Carry out training budgeting and improvement of the legal department.

Assist with organizational projects as required
