Responsibilities and Accountabilities Responsible for Company Products promotion application amp approvals in Saudi Network. Attendance of Customer queries and feedbacks and maintaining a database for the unit. Responsible for SAS Protection amp Measurement Products approval homologation sample installation in Saudi.Planning amp preparation for technical marketing events like seminars conferences amp exhibitions.Extensive technical activities for business development in the region.Liaise with regionalinternational Product divisions for news updates firmware releases and new products being a single point of reference for Saudi operations.Training amp Technical support for Engineering and TestingCommissioning.Performing power system studies and calculations including and not limited to CTVT adequacy checks and relay settings projectrelated engineering activity. Preparation of relay test formats and configuration files as support to service and support team. Site Visits for any technical issues and commissioning support.
 
SkillsExperience

Knowledge of the application of protection relays in electrical networks and stateoftheart technologies in substation automation.
Good oral written communication.
Ability to read interpret tender contract documentation schematics procedures and policy guidelines.
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Ability to define problems collect relevant data establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
Ability to work on multiple tasks and to meet strict deadlines whilst working in a team.
Knowledge on competitor products for spec in activity and technical marketing business development.
Have a working knowledge of commercial contractual conditions ideally in electrical power system or associate industries.

1Compliance to technical specifications and commitment to quality application of Products. Measured by Customer’s feedbackcomments.
2Prompt attendance and clearance of Customer’s queriescomplaints on Products as well as on site feedbacks.
3Fast recovery from any Product issues in coordination with Product international team as applicable.
4Minimum number of revision for engineering submissions for approval.
5Number of technical sessions seminars for the technical marketing Business development
EducationDegree in Electrical Electronics Engineering.
