•Install and maintain hardware andor software
•Do performance tuning
•Perform backuprecovery
•Troubleshoot and repair equipment
•Supporting EndUsers with MS Windows OS MS Office tools software application Hardware troubleshooting by finding solutions and rectifying problems and software updates
•Answer helpdesk contacts
•Provide inventory managementrecord keeping
•Monitor licenses
•Do simple system administration e.g. adding end users
•Coordinate with other information systems resources
Skills•IT Bachelor Certificate or equivalent combination of education and experience
•Two Three years related experience
•MCSE CCNA
•Experience in SQL and operation system
•Have good basic skills on IT support Hardware and software
•Excellent Knowledge of IT infrastructures PCs Networks Windows Operating Systems Software Hardware TCPIP Switches VPN Security and all computer peripherals
•High degree of professionalism
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•Proactively find crucial information in an efficient manner to complete a project
