IT Infrastructure Engineer Dammam

Basic Information

To assist the team  in Capacity Planning and Upgrades of Hardware Software for IT Infrastructure

Key Accountabilities
Operations

Monitor day to day operations SLA KPI's of assigned operations and roll out teams.

Monitor the asset management status of IT Equipment and raise the requirement based on stock level and new requirements. Ensure the accuracy of asset management

Perform health checks of IT Assets and provided assessment report

Supporting VIP end users in any issue related in hardware and software.

Monitor the daily tickets of assigned teams and generate reports

Visiting users to check the quality of tickets closure and review the tickets queue for assigned teams.

Projects

Setup labs to test new technologies and solutions as per management requirements

Participate in new projects as per the defined role my management

Participate in roll out projects of IT Services in Shops Call centers and Corporate offices

Prepare user manuals and guidelines for IT services as per management requirements

Procurement

Raise the requirement of new equipment based to procurement and followup on the delivery and ensure asset management

Verify the delivery and distribution of new IT equipment to end users

Coordinate with teams and vendors to finalize the BOQ and get quotations of new requirements.

Necessary Knowledge and Experience

Understanding of ITIL Standards Practices.

Minimum 1 year experience working in IT Department

Understand basic of IT Hardware and software and networks.

Education and Certification Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering or IT 
ITILv3 CCNA MCSA MCSE Preferred

Strong interpersonal communication skills.

Good Analytical and Problem Solving Skill.
