About the Job
To be a consultant to our customers and sell all Construction Equipment products represented by the Sales Construction Equipment Division via Volvo Construction Equipment Comp Air Compressors and Himoinsa Equipment to achieve agreed budgets. This position will spend 80 of the time in the field and requires daily contacts with customers where you provide technical advice create and provide quotations per customers requirements 20 of the time will be spent in office work and organization per company requirements.
Ensures that agreed budget Volumes and values are achieved and exceeded
Ensure the targeted new customer coverage per month is reported and documented per company requirements  
Explores and converts new business opportunities that result in increased revenue and profit for the company
Ensures that accurate information on competitors is presented to the Sales and Regional Managers thereby supporting the development of strategies that are aimed at increasing market share.
Provides information about the all deals under progress to upper management especially with big package strategic deals to ensure these inquiries are followed and won.Submit credit requests to the Sales Manager and Regional Manager with his recommendations and justifications. Exert Proactiveness in all ways to secure these strategic deals whether from external financial institution or internal to allow enough time to secure these deals properly.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
To draw up a sales plan for establishing the overall sales requirement of IVECO amp other products for the defined region.
To gain complete product knowledge and be able to perform sales applications studies.
To be able to suggest accurate specifications of the products according to site conditions and customer requirements.
To be able to advise product improvements and specifications according to market needs and competitors offerings.
To achieve and strive to exceed targets in unit sales and profits in accordance with the Company\'s Gross Profit Goal.
Maintaining and developing relationships with customers and prospects via meetings telephone calls and emails.
To ensure daily visits to prospective customers for new sales.
To maintain complete knowledge of market and upcoming opportunities.
To do pricing quotation preparation accurately follow up of submitted quotations and closing sales in benefit to company.
To prepare weeklymonthly activity plans and to ensure its effectiveness.
Preparation of periodic Weekly Monthly sales reports.
To assist in monitoring any deviations from the regional targets plans and strategies and investigate for taking corrective action and help draw up plans to counteract unfavorable results.
To provide regular feedback from the market on competitor activities pricing policy for products parts amp services.
To exercise credit control as per the company credit policy and to ensure the recovery within the stipulated time.
Representing organization at trade exhibitions events and demonstrations.
To ensure compliance with overall KPIs.
Any other duty or responsibility which may be advised or delegated by supervisor.



SkillsAbout You

You will have the following skills and experience
Preferably also MBA in Sales Marketing with minimum experience of 3 years in relevant field.
At least 5 years experience in the commercial vehicles or related industry with at least 3 of these years working within the local KSA market
You should have a valid KSA driving license
Must be an Arabic speaker

The Project
The National Industrial Training Institute NITI is an independent notforprofit training institution that is being established jointly by Saudi Aramco SA and the Technical amp Vocational Training Corporation TVTC in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. NITI will train Saudi high school and Colleges of Technology graduates. The main program is of two years followed by 6 to 12 months of OntheJob Training OJT.
Kaplan International Colleges with their Saudi project partner International Institute of Languages IIL will oversee curriculum development and delivery of NITI’s academic training modules which includes English language mathscience and information technology. The curriculum also contains cocurricular elements such as study skills life skills communication skills critical thinking and problem solving etc.
The Role
Kaplan International Colleges is seeking an experienced individual for the role of Principal for NITI. Reporting to the Chief Program Administrator the successful candidate will be performance driven and enjoy working on projects at a relatively early stage of development. A substantial amount of academic management experience in the education or EFL sector is essential for the post.
Duties and Responsibilities
 Overall responsibility for the management of academic quality assurance procedures and programs offered by the Institute including teaching learning support assessments and examining reporting and cover activities.
 Managing and leading the program development process for new programs developed for delivery within the Institute.
 Coordinating the use of teaching resources to manage the delivery of programs offered by the Institute including timetabling and room allocation.
 Managing and chairing of Academic Boards and coordinating other relevant boards to support academic activities and the management of academic standards in the Institute.
 Contributing to the delivery and assessment of teaching programs offered by the Institute normal teaching load of 4 hours per week.
 Representing the Institute at appropriate events and meetings within NITI KIC and externally.
 Other duties as required from time to time by the Chief Program Administrator including deputizing when required for the Chief Program Administrator.
SkillsA Masters or higher. PGCE or School Administration qualification is desirable.
An English Language ELT or other teaching qualification e.g. PG Cert PGCE DELTA.
Minimum of 12 years teaching experience at least 4 of which shall be in an academic managementadministration position.
Knowledge of the needs of Arabic speaking students and experience of teaching andor working with international students.
Knowledge of the educational systems landscape and aspirations of Saudi Arabia.
