Our client require the skills of a Senior Specialist Performance amp Reward Management nbspto help ensure that their hospital receives ongoing accreditation and to ensure the proper safe and efficient management of the hospital039s Hospital Staff.
Duties Include But Not Limited To
•Collect awardrecognition nomination packages for processing.
•Monitor award amounts to ensure they are in alignment with the recommendations provided by agency policy.
•Review andor process performance managementappraisal forms e.g. in an automated system to ensure completeness.
•Maintain detailed records of ongoing negotiations andor communications.
•Respond to simple andor routine inquiries about the performance managementappraisal system or program.
•Review track and distribute nonmonetary awards to employees.
•Conduct research into established policy regarding performance managementappraisal practices.
•Conduct research into established labour provisions regarding performance managementappraisal practices.
•Resolve problems related to a complex employee leave case involving a combination of leave without pay sick leave and holidays.
•Maintain performance managementappraisal records e.g. performance appraisal awards.
•Collect information and evidence from identified sources to support assigned employee relations cases.
•Assist in maintaining ongoing and completed employee relations case files andor databases.
•Respond to routine employee relations questions from managers and employees e.g. leave discipline medical.
•Locate basic facts laws and precedents concerning union proposals.
•Assist in collecting and documenting straightforward complaint and investigation information.
•Review basic investigation reports for accuracy and currency.
•Assist with preparing documentation during the grievance process.
•Explain rules and procedures to employees and managers to help them understand grievance and appeals rights and responsibilities.
•Provide managers with standard steps they can take to correct employee conduct or performance issues.
•Researches and retrieves regulations and case law that support management’s decision for a change in working conditions.
•Recommends steps for grievance resolution and provides technical advice on the process.
•Prepares a summary explanation of different human resource issues e.g. staffing succession planning training etc. for management

Anatomical Pathology Supervisor
Chase Resourcing are delighted to announce our new partnership with a prestigious and well known hospital group in Saudi Arabia. Our client require the skills of a Supervisor of Anatomical Pathology help ensure that their hospital receives ongoing accreditation and to supervises the staff and the daily operations of the pathology department.
Duties Include But Not Limited To
Maintains Good Laboratory Practices GLP.
Delegates and supervises the pathology laboratory personnel in the technical production of current protocols and standard operating procedures SOPs daily activities associated with necropsy tissue trimming tissue processing decalcification chemical preparations and recycling waste management and other related services.
Interprets protocol necropsy and trimming tasks and generates appropriate worksheets.
Ensures all equipment and instruments necessary to adequately perform pathology related procedures are functioning properly.
Develops and implements Standard Operating Procedures SOPs and qualification requirements ensuring compliance with FDA GLP LampI and other regulatory agencies.
Identifies troubleshoots and resolves problems with personnel equipment and procedures.
Establishes pathology work schedules including but not limited to necropsies tissue trimming tissue processing decalcification chemical recyclingwaste management tissue vacuum packing tissue and chemical inventories and other duties as required.
Supervises all administrative responsibilities as related to staffing including analyzing current and future staffing needs.
Maintains inventory control.
Conducts annual staff evaluations and enforces safety regulations.
Checks that all work processes have been maintained and completed on schedule.
Verifies that procedures have been signed and dated by assigned personnel.
Assesses product quality and commences reprocessing procedures as needed.
Coordinates work in special necropsy or trimming procedures.
Researches new procedures and oversees their implementation.
Apply computer knowledge to establish data records.
Independently evaluate work at any point and continue progression.
Relate necessary work and progress information to any member associated with a particular study.
Provide schedule priorities according to protocol amendments or pathologist requests.
Reviews equipment performance and maintains appropriate documentation.
Conducts quality control throughout pathology production.
Qualification Requirements
Bachelor Degree in Medical Technology or related or equivalent or be a Certified Medical Technologist or MLSO with current registration.
Minimum of five 5 years of postlicensure experience with at least two 2 years experience in a major 400 bed hospital or laboratory as a senior technologist

Plans the execution of all civil related works and coordinates the works to electrical and mechanical groups.
Coordinates with Client Consultant’s representatives for any site instructions and inspection of works.
Assign targets for accomplishments and ensure targets are met on daily basis for all civil groups at site.
Submits site daily reports inspection requests estimates and all applicable monitoring reports on regular basis or as required.
About You
Required Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering with atleast 8 Years of relevant experience.
