About Your Job
We are looking for Electrical Inspector with hands on experience on INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECTS. nbspWe offer a rare opportunity to work within an organization where individual contribution makes a significant difference.
Undertake overview supervision duties on site to ensure general compliance of the works with shop drawings specification and contract requirements and when necessary cause to address deficiencies associate with the same.
Coordinate all aspects of submittals review and approvals against contract requirements and when applicable report and advise on deviations from the same.
Report on a daily basis to the Site Engineer on all activities occurred on site.
Assist the Senior Engineer in all aspects of the final Acceptance of the work and closeout all applicable contracts related to the same.
Coordinate with the team on site to ensure that contractual obligations are met.
Gives clear concise and understandable instructions to Contractors to avoid abortive works and errors. Follows up with Staff to ensure compliance with requirements.
Prepare Snag Lists and follow up remedial works until works found satisfactory.
About You
Diploma in Electrical with total 5 Years of experience including 3 years in Infrastructural Projects.
Should be organized and systematic towards work and be able to work independently with minimum supervisions.
Candidate immediately available with transferable Iqama are preferred.

Clinical Resource Nurse
The clinical resource nurse is a registered nurse responsible for total clinical coordination of a designated patient population. This healthcare professional is responsible for promoting and maintaining quality patient care through effective management of the total patient care services during hisher assigned shift.

Knowledge of international and local best practices and building codes in design and delivery of large scale projects.
Confident in Client amp Contractor interfacing managing and coordinating with a team of specialists.
Thorough knowledge of construction specifications.
Knowledge of FIDIC and similar construction contracts will be an advantage.
About You
You should have Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering with total 8 Years of experience including 5 years in Infrastructural Projects and at least 2 years work experience in Saudi Market.

Job Description
1 Preparation of daily vouchers Payments receipts and debitcredit memos
2 Monitor the fund budget expenses versus actual and report for variations.
3 Ensure to obtain timely the relevant statements and documents from all parties like Banks administrator vendors amp investment managers.
4 Monitor all funds cash balances and reconcile the accounts with the relevant records kept inhouse.
5 Timely calculation of Net Asset Value NAV and other reports for various operational activities and prompt clients investment reporting.
6 Assisting in setting up the operations department and all activities that come under the responsibilities of the operations department.
7 Processing of all accounting entries and issuance of monthly financial statements by using the relevant accounting and processing system for the private equity funds.
8 Issuance of credit notes to fund managers in respect of Administration fees performance and management fees based on underlying fund NAVs.
9 Keeping a schedule of fund assetsInvestments and holdings and determine their fair market value in coordination with the fund managers amp third parties.
10 Maintain clientsUnit holders documents and update their records regularly.
11 Additional responsibilities may be added from time to time depending on organizational requirements.
12 Reporting on special assignments and analysis as and when required.

9 Keeping a schedule of fund assetsInvestments and holdings and determine their fair market value in coordination with the fund managers amp third parties.
10 Maintain clientsUnit holders documents and update their records regularly.
11 Additional responsibilities may be added from time to time depending on organizational requirements.
12 Reporting on special assignments and analysis as and when required.
SkillsMinimum Requirement
Education and Qualifications
Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting or related Financial field
Professional experience and competencies
Minimum of 3 yrs. experience in a junior financial role within a medium to large organization
Fluency in English written spoken
Fluency in Arabic written spoken
Current IT literacy including financial management software package
