Corporate Relationship Manager
Position Function
§ Receive or visit potential customers and inform them of company’s range of financial products and collect customer basic information
§ Attract new customers and manage existing ones by offering appropriate financing products and introducing the Company’s new products and services.
§ Prepare customer prescreening sheet and identify whether potential business opportunity exists
§ Revisit customer to initiate the application processing and to determining the finance structure and security
§ Contact customers to secure any missing information or documents
§ Study the applications and carry out necessary financial analysis including company review
§ Forward collateral appraisal documents to operations for further processing
§ Submit all documentation to CAC for review and credit package preparation
§ Receive and review credit package put recommendationscomments and submit to Corporate Senior Manager
§ Log reason for rejection in any stage of the application and inform customers of unsuccessful application if applicable
§ Maintain excellent relation with existing and potential customers
§ Attempt to crosssell the company’s financial products to existing customers
§ Generate facility letter once the proper approval is obtained and forward to Corporate Senior Manager for signature
§ Submit facility letter to customer obtain signature and collect all required documentation
§ Forward collateral to Administration for further processing
§ Notify customer when credit line is open
§ Receive request from customer for funds disbursement ensure it is within credit line and forward to Operations for further processing
§ Generate payment schedule based on disbursed amount and obtain customer signature
§ Inform customer of collateral release when applicable
§ Review on daily basis the customer’s status report report any deviations to Corporate Senior Manager and follow up with proper action contacting customer rescheduling account classification …
§ Inform CAC to classify the customer relation in case of payment defaults generate classification report from system and send to Corporate Senior Manager for review
§ In case of delinquent customers freeze customer account propose reclassification of the account and forward to Remedial Management Department for further action
§ Coordinate with customers for early settlements requests update customer on remaining balance and once payment is confirmed issue “Collateral Release Request” and forward for further processing
§ Receive rescheduling requests and ensure documentations and collateral if any are accurate generate new payment schedule and customers accordingly§ Follow up on facilities renewal
§ Prepare management reports
§ Maintain proper filing

Our Regulatory Affairs Specialist is expected to be located already or willing to locate in Riyadh.
Principal Accountabilities of Regulatory Affairs Specialist• Work closely with local and regional marketing team to ensure that we have our products registered according to their launching plan
• Work closely with distributors to make sure that they have all the necessary regulatory documents
• Follow up field safety corrective actions initiated by Covidien with distributors and the competent authority
• Work closely with the marketing team in tender preparation
• Work closely with marketing quality and end customers in complaints handling
• Submit the needed regulatory certificates to the competent authority to make sure that all our products are having the needed marketing authorization
• Maintain the registration certificates valid and renew them whenever expired
• Support any local regulatory projects.
SkillsSkills Qualifications
• 0 – 3 years’ experience in medical devices Pharma regulations management
• BSBA Degree in Biomedical engineering Business Administration Pharma logistics
• Relevant experience of leading projects workshops or process improvements
• Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills
• Fluency in both written and spoken English
• Excellent software skills especially office programs
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Selfmotivated and proactive
• Ability to manage conflict effectively.
