CS Operations Manager
Key Objectives
· Prepare annual bi annual Service Strategy and prepare plan to follow it for KSA· Lead the CS department to achieve overall company objectives and goals· Make sure all key KPI are mainteained and SGE service have continual improvement.· Manage Service Partners across the region· Manage Service Network objectively and make plan to improve it continually· Manage all departments tobtain optimal performance Call Center Tech Support Field Operations Service Admin amp Parts operation· Optimize Service cost Plan activities to have superior service competiveness at regionable cost
Key Performance Index KPI
· Make sure Samsung Service is superior to its competitors across all products group · Monitor and Manage overall Key Performance Index of all Subsidiary CS · Review Daily Pending Job on daily weekly monthly basis and identify the reasons if there is low performance· Monitor Call Concentrate Ratio and educate ASCs on how to improve it.· Check Service Coverage Ratio for SGE against each product category.
Service Network
· Guide team to prepare Service Network logic and plan on annual basis and prepare strategy to follow the expansion.· Visit Service Centersshops on regular basis to check the actual situation of Service and check the service awareness.· Identify the best service partners across the region who can deliver Service as per Samsung guideline and try to make contract with them.. · Evaluate each ASC on a monthly basis and meet top management of ASCs to discuss service status improvement plans.· Monitor Profit amp Loss for CSPs and make sure they are not leading to make losses.Others
· Lead the team to achieve set targets by top most management.· Define middle long term strategy and identify improvement areas.· Motivate guide Service team so that they can deliver best to their potential.· Train team members on regular basis and communicate with them effectively. · Monitor ASCs financial condition and commercial activities closely so that any activity should not impact Samsung negatively.· Communicate with all HODs on a regular basis to know the market partner situation and environment.Prepare monthly report for Subsidiary President and other reports for RHQHQ as and when required.

Marketing Officer
Job Description
Provide highlevel administrative support by handling information requests and performing communication functions such as preparing correspondences receiving visitors arranging conference calls scheduling and arranging meetings. Analyzing data and prepare statistic reports. Contribute in campaigns and other marketing activities
Duties amp Responsibilities
Responsible for providing administrative and secretarial support to Marketing Manager and also assisting him in his daytoday activities.
Receiving and Screening of telephone calls emails faxes. Taking messages and directing it to appropriate parties.
Followup actions for daily marketing activities.
Fixing up of appointments scheduling amp arranging meetings.
Prepare invoices reports memos letters financial statements and other documents using word processing spreadsheet database or presentation software.
Conduct research compile data and prepare papers for consideration and presentation to executives committees and boards of directors meetings.
Attend meetings to record minutes if required.
Greet visitors and determine whether they should be given access to specific individuals.
Read and analyze incoming memos submissions and reports to determine their significance and plan their distribution.
Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies maintaining records management database systems and performing basic bookkeeping work.
File and retrieve marketing Department documents records and reports.
Open sort and distribute incoming correspondence including faxes and email.
Make travel arrangements for the marketing Department and also to take care of all logistical requirements for his trip.
Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries.
Prepare agendas and make arrangements such as coordinating catering for luncheons for meetings requested by marketing department.
Evaluating customer research market conditions and competitor
Compile transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings.
Welling to do an extra job ‘out of the office’ to support Amlak business such as events requirements seminars and other activities.
Responsible of receiving counting and Quality assurance on suppliers8217 delivery for materials.
Managing Marketing department warehouse distributing materials to branches.Review ArabicEnglish copy writes for POS materials press releases website and official letters . advice to correction if needed.

Suppliers and internal departments.
