PEBPre Engineered Building Area Sales Manager
Kirby Building Systems is one of the largest preengineered steel building PEB companies in the world and is a 100 subsidiary of Kuwait based multinational and multibillion dollar business conglomerate Alghanim Industries one of the largest privatelyowned companies in the Middle East.
The Area Sales Manager at Kirby is responsible to lead a group of sales engineers tech reps in their area to increase Kirby market share coverage and profitability. Kirby specialises in PEB Pre Engineered Building and potential candidates should have exposure in this field.
• Responsible to achieve exceed Kirby Target in his area at the highest possible margin.
• Ensure excellent services to Kirby customers especially key strategic accounts and get involved to solve any customer complain.
• Work with management to register Kirby with all major organizations companies which require Kirby products.
• Propose new ideas marketing tools to increase Kirby exposure in the market.
• Track and report competition activities price trend opportunities and risks in his territory.
• To ensure full respect and compliance to Kirby policy procedures in his office daily activities all presale and after sale activities and report any violation.
• Follow up and provide necessary guidance to his team to increase efficiency and profitability.
• Prepare Three month sales forecast weekly sales reports and weekly job status reports sales presentations of his office and update the quote status lost quote reports.
• Follow up with his team all projects quoted and assist in closing.
• Review all contracts prices discounts special approvals from management before signing the contracts to ensure effective and proper presale activity management within Kirby policy.
• Follow up coordinate all crucial communications with head office discounts credit scheduling issues to ensure smooth execution to his projects and proper planning releases to the plant and on time shipping.
• In addition to the above the ASM is also a sales man who performs by himself all sales activities from prospecting to closing.
Skills•Bachelor in Engineering specializing in Civil Structural
•1012 years’ experience in PEB.
•Thorough product Pre Engineered Buildings – PEB knowledge
•Minimum two years in a similar position as ASM.

2 استلام النقدية والشيكات لإيداعها يومياً بحسابات المؤسسة لدى البنوك طبقاً لما يقضي به النظام المحاسبي .
3 إعداد حركة المقبوضات والمدفوعات اليومية في بيان يعتمد من رئيس أو مسئول الحسابات مرفقاً به كافة المستندات المؤيدة للإيرادات والمصروفات وإشعارات توريد الإيرادات إلى البنوك حيث تتم مراجعتها قبل قيدها بالسجلات والدفاتر .

VIBRATION MONITORING AND ANALYSIS SPECIALIST
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering with at least levelII certification in Vibration Monitoring MS is preferred. 1015 years of experience in handson experience in vibration monitoring troubleshooting and with at least 5 years of experience in rotating equipment operation and maintenance. Experience in a large Power Utility a big plus but not essential.
The incumbent shall possess extensive experience aptitude and proven track record in the following areas
Operations and maintenance of all types of pumps – vertical horizontal motor driven turbine drive and submersible.
Providing expertise and consulting services in the area of vibration and equipment balancing.
Analysis of field vibration data and issuing reports with recommendation.
Troubleshooting of vibration related problems equipment failure identifying root cause and recommending corrective actions.
Developing and implementing condition monitoring programs including vibration monitoring oil analysis and acoustic emissions.
Developing and implementing Condition Based Maintenance programs.
Shop and field balancing of Steamgas turbines and large pumps and motors.
Use of standard vibration monitoring equipment handheld and analytical software.
Skills• Must possess indepth knowledge of related industry standards and practices in the area of vibration and equipment balancing.
• Must have valid at least levelII certification in vibration.
• Must have intimate knowledge of all popular vibration monitoring online AND handheld system software and enhancement tools.
• Excellent report writing and communication skills.
• Good experience knowledge of plant maintenance procedures.
