Senior Sales Manager
Responsible for proactively soliciting and managing large groupcatering related opportunities with significant revenue potential. • Ensures attendance by all new hires and participation of the leadership team in training programs
• Assists with ensuring departmental orientation processes are in place and employees receive the appropriate new hire training to successfully perform their job.
Assisting in Maintaining Employee Relations
• Assists in maintaining effective employee communication channels in the property e.g. develops daily communications and assists with regularly scheduled propertywide meetings.
• Reviews progressive discipline documentation for accuracy and consistency and checks for supportive documentation and is accountable for determining appropriate action.
• Utilizes an “open door” policy to acknowledge employee problems or concerns in a timely manner
• Ensures employee issues are referred to the Department Manager for resolution or escalated to the Director of Human ResourcesMultiProperty Director of Human Resources.
• Partners with Loss Prevention to conduct employee accident investigations as necessary.
• Communicates performance expectations in accordance with job descriptions for each position.
Skills• High school diploma or GED 2 years experience in the human resources management operations or related professional area.

They currently have urgent requirements for Medical Oncology Consultants.
The Department of Oncology founded in 1982 now consists of 4 clinical Sections Medical Oncology Radiation Oncology Adult HematologyOncology amp Bone Marrow Transplantation and Palliative Care. In addition the Section of Research amp Development provides clinical research services for the department and hospital. Multidisciplinary oncology clinics are held regularly adult and nbsppediatric neurooncology clinics gastroenterology cancer clinic combined esophagus cancer clinic combined breast clinic combined sarcoma clinic and combined head and neck clinics. The Department is actively involved in institutional national and international research protocols with priority given to those addressing national oncology problems.
We have permanent positions available but also 4 week locum opportunities.
This is truly a great opportunity to visit the best hospital in the Middle East. The majority of consultants that visit the hospital for a 4 week locum end up joining the hospital permanently afterwards but it is also a great way to make some extra earnings TAX FREE.
The Hospital truly take care of their consultants hospital owned residential compounds only for the hospital039s consultants based around the hospital directly in the heart of Jeddah039s city centre are provided. All the bills and costs of the accommodation are taken care of directly by the hospital.
