Provider Relations Planning Strategy Manager
ROLE PURPOSE
Actively support by monitoring and analysing the operationally provider relations planning and strategic agenda to deliver the provider relations targetsobjectives at a granular level. To set and manage the provider relations frameworks to reach the company objectives such as not limited to Saving initiatives provider settlement efficiency forecasting actions execution tracking.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Operational planning
•Monitoring of operational plans and forecast at a granular level regional network account level and provider relations agent level to deliver claims settlements unit cost management and price increase management in line with the company contribution objectives.
•Monitoring initiatives plans aligned with top management to deliver value generation targets.
2. Operational management
•Monitor and manage dynamically adherence to plan on a weekly bucket and at a granular level to deliver our plans in line with the company contribution objectives.
3. Strategic planning
•Namage Segmentation exercice to identify new opportunities and initiatives to continuously drive risk cost management.
•Drive annual network review and provider movement.
4. Initiatives Agenda
•Manage saving program of more than 100 initiavtives.
•Ensure cross functional coordination for a good execution in all regions Eastern Western and Central.
•Monitoring of tasks progress under each initiative for all regions.
•Plan for the best projects distribution across the fiscal year.
•Report provider performance among the saving program.
5. Team work
•Participate in capability building across provider relations team in Eastern Central and Western.
•Driving team members in their journey of reaching the targets.
•Owning the whole by providing the necessary tools and support required to achieve the organizational development objectives.

•Five to seven years project management experience.

Project Manager for 380kV Sustation
Job DescriptionThe role of the Project Manager is to plan execute and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and thirdparty contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan. The Project Manager will also define the project’s objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle. Directand manage project development from beginning to end. Shouldhave at least two years of experience in 380kV project from beginning to the end. Define project scope goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management. Develop fullscale project plans and associated communications documents. Submittals approvals with clients and consultants. Complete track of site activities and identifying critical points and solve for closure. Attend client consultants meetings and solve points for closure. Safety coordination with site management. Track the clients invoice according to the work completion and submit for payment. LC tracking and supplier payments. Compliance with procedures and legal management. Assist in punch list clearance. Effectivelycommunicate project expectations to team members i.e. project engineer sitemanager site electrical engineers ect. in a timely and clear fashion. Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis. Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals. Preparationand finalization of supply request purchase order for all required equipments machineries complying with the contract documents. As per clientrequirement. Coordinatewith all the suppliers for appropriate delivery of materials keeping the view not to delay project. Keeping a good relationship with the client and to provide a challenging work progress with full satisfaction of client. Draftand submit budget proposals and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary. Where required negotiate with other department managers for the acquisition of required personnel from within the company. Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and reporting authority. Track project milestones and deliverables. Develop and deliver progress reports proposals requirements documentation and presentations to the higher management and clients. Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team analyze results and troubleshoot problem areas. Proactively manage changes in project scope identify potential crises and devise contingency plans. Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project life cycle. Coach mentor motivate and supervise project team members and contractors and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work. Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management. Draft and submit budget proposals and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary. Where required negotiate with other department managers for the acquisition of required personnel from within the company. Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and reporting authority. Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel. Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team. Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path. Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools
