ER is geographically and systemlinked to Radiology department to CT and MRI units. In addition to the beds we have for observation we have Resuscitation rooms for critical patients.
We need candidates that have either the American Candian Board CCST CCT or other western equivalent.

In the role of the Anaesthesia Technician your role will include
Preparing and maintaining anaesthetic equipment for operating theatres and clinics and assist anaesthetists during anaesthetic procedures.
Setting up checking and maintaining anaesthetic workstations life support machines and associated equipment
Ordering and preparing medical supplies for anaesthesia
Discussing medical procedures with patients and check whether they have any medical conditions that could cause problems under anaesthesia
Assisting the anaesthetist to insert breathing tubes and intravascular lines in patients
Assisting the anaesthetist to administer anaesthesia to patients
Monitor patients and their vital signs before during and after procedures
Maintaining documentation before during and after surgery
Assisting with basic life support and postoperative care
Assisting the anaesthetist in emergencies.
The Anaesthesia Technician should also
Be a good communicator and have people skills

Be able to work under pressure
