2Mastering skills on BD FACSCanto II instrument and new updates e.g. EuroFlow concepts and applications.

4Performing quality control and corrective action procedures and problem resolution as required. Familiarity with College of American Pathologists CAP accreditation.
5Assisting with development validation and implementation of new andor revised procedures and protocols.
6Training new staff medical interns and clinical laboratory interns.
