About the Job As Project Manager you would be responsible for

Cost Control Engineer
Role and duties Summary
1. You will be Degreequalified and be fluent in spoken and written English. You will superviseproject budgets and ensure that the budget is not violated
2. provide cost control advice to the management
3. prepare and submit Cost reports to the management as and when required and demonstrate strong interpersonal communication amp presentation skills.
4. You will have strong analytical and problem solving skills and be meticulous.
5. You will be reporting to the Projects Controls Manager.
6. The Cost Control Engineer will bridgethe coordination gap between Procurement Contracts HR Accounting Plant andProject operation team.
7. Duties will include collecting datato ensure conformity with contract budget cost tracking and financial ampproductivity reporting.
8. Assisting in the development ofprocedures of cost management system and setting up the cost management
9. Preparing and setting up the Projectbudget and providing monthly cost management reports to monitorverify theactual cost vs. earned value. Maintaining the log of approved or disapproved changes to project budgets
10. Assisting in preparing the cash flow and encumbrance projections
11. Forecasting costs analyses
12. Running and analyzing earned value reports
13. Monitoring and reporting projectlevel cost trends
14. Reviewing the payment requisitions for reporting consistency and disallowinginappropriate costs on invoice
15. Tracking the provisional sumscontingency
16. Preparing executive information summaryreports for program management staff
Skills1.Bachelors Degree in Civil or Architecture Engineering
2.at least 10 years’ experience
3.Must has Civil Construction experience in Infrastructure Buildings.
4.Minimum of 3 years experience in Cost management Estimation preferably work for main contactors in the GCC.
5.Experience working on the Construction.
6.Strong understanding of program management functions such as Earned Value Management trends and forecasting
7.Superior capabilities in MS Excel and other MS Office applications
8.Demonstrate strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills
9.Experience in GCC would be preferred
