Warehouse Manager

•Managing the complete warehouse operations and the personnel to ensure that those products are safely stored inventory level is maintained and personnel are trained and developed in the warehousing activities.

Accountabilities

•Follows all relevant Warehousing Logistics instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
•Supervises the day to day operations of the Warehouse providing some guidance in facilitating related professional work processes in order to achieve high performance standards.
•Ensures the quality of inventory management and the accuracy of inventory records.
•Manages the workflow and safety in the warehouse by examining and improving the work processes.
•Liaises with procurement to improve operations for both procurement and logistics.
•Supervises the activities and work of subordinates to ensure that all work within a specific area is carried out in an efficient manner and in compliance with the set policies processes and procedure.
•Complies with all relevant safety quality health and environmental procedures to ensure a healthy and safe work environment.
