Qualifications Required Skills and Experience

SUMMARY Responsible for installation configuration and management of Siebel environments.

JOB DUTIESRESPONSIBILITIES

•SIEBEL server installation amp configuration Patch management

•Siebel version upgrade

•Setting up Siebel tools Mobilededicated client

•SRF Repository migration. DDL synch.

•Performance tuning

•Supporting Production environment which includes

oMaintaining high application availability

oPlanning and cocoordination of production release.

oDaily health checks which includes regularly checking status of servers amp components. Checking status of JOBsRCRs Tasks. Server resource monitoringCPUMemoryDisk space

oPerformance tuning

osupporting all planned amp unplanned outages

•Supporting nbspTest and Development environments nbspwhich includes

oSetting up toolsmobile client for developers

oExtracting local databases for developers

oMigrating SRFRepository from Development to Test environment

oDeploying non repository items

oSupporting performance testing in TestQA environment

osupporting all planned amp unplanned outages

•Set up and support Siebel remote. This includes registering user as mobile client extracting nbsplocal database creation of packager upgrade kits etc

•Set up email profiles. Configuring and managing communication management component group

•Configuringamp managing Workflow Management component group. Create WF monitor agents as per requirement.

•Integrating other applications with Siebel. Mainly OBIEEBIPWeb Methods. This includes configuring symbolic urls WSDL importsexports etc.

•Installing and configuring actuate server

•Installing and configuring document server

•Database refresh activity

•Setting up UCMData Hub

•Setting up Oracle policy automation

•Setting up SSOLDAP authentication

•Automation of daily migrationmonitoring activities by writing shell scripts or batch jobs

•Resolving all adhoc issues if issue is not related to Siebel then assign it to correct workgroup.

•In case of issues preparing RCA amp RCCA documents

•Keep all stake holders updated with progress in case of issues as per SOP.

•Opening SR with oracle in case of critical issues

•Cocoordinating with different teams

It is preferred that the Candidate has experience in any of the following Siebel modules


Siebel Marketing Siebel Call Center Siebel Sales Siebel UCM Siebel Loyalty OBIEE. It is also a plus if the resource has PLSQL andor Informatica 89 experience.

EDUCATIONEXPERIENCE

• nbspnbspnbspnbspnbspnbspnbspnbsp6 years’ experience in information systems computer networking telecommunications systems development and management
