Product and Event Manager

About the Job 1.He will be responsible for keeping an eye on any new events that need to be organized and inform the management of the same.
2.It is also his responsibility to approve the budget on the events list.
3.Responsible for planning events of different natures which could range from professional corporate events to home events.
4.The manager approves everything from scratch to the very end that is required in an event.
5.Studying the best way to carry out the event.
6.Identifying the target audience.
7.Planning and coordinating all aspects before any can be executed.
8.Supervising the execution of the event.
9.Ensuring that the event complies with the local and national safety regulations.
10.Drawing up the budget for the all that is needed.
11.Negotiating for low price on behalf of the client.
12Responsible for all clients communication and conflicts resolutions.
13 Review all major deliverables i.e. strategic brief technical descriptions.
14Ensure quality standards and client expectations.
15Informing the Account director of any problems that may arise.
16 Owns the contracts renewals for new work of an existing client.
17 Ensures that all processes and procedures completed.
18Provide communication way between clients and team to provide strong team representation. Job Requirements Years of expertise 5 years in Saudi Riyadh or Jeddah
