Job Description
Looking for MIS Officer to work for one of the worlds leading banking and financial services organisations. MIS officer will be working in the private banking related section and will be responsible for the implementation and continual maintenance of information systems and the assistance of user’s with system and software functionality and technical issues. MIS duties include the following
•Assist management with administrative and technical functions.
•Responsible for maintaining servers and workstations as requested by management.
•Perform system diagnosis repair and updates to ensure data integrity and reliability of automated tasks.
•Diagnose and resolve problems with printers copiers
•Fax machines and networks.
•Interface with users to identify computer related needs and provide appropriate softwarehardware support applicable to those needs.
•Track and maintain accurate inventory of all computing equipment.
•Provide instruction to staff on the use of computer applications and systems.
•Generate reports.
•Ensure routine backups are performed as outlined by the Backup amp Restore Manual.
