IT Project Manger

Role Purpose
The Project Manager lead the application development projects throughout all stages and assure that the deliverables match the business requirements This required control all developments process and ensuring that the deliverables when closing the projects are aligned with the defined scope time cost budget and quality.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES ACTIVITIES
1.Initiating Develop a project charter and approve it from the business to commit the organization’s resources to working on the project and authorizes to begin working on the project.

Identify all stakeholders all people or organizations impacted by the project and documenting relevant information their needs interest and impact on the project success in order to get stakeholders management strategy.

2.Planning Develop a project management plan to documenting the actions necessary to define prepare integrate and coordinate all subsidiary plans and it’s the primary source of information for how the project will be planned executed monitored a controlled and closed.

 Developing the project and product’s scope and communicated with all stakeholders to define clear business requirements.

 Develop cost time plan for all activities to estimate budget and time.

 Develop a plan quality Assurance Control to ensure the quality of the project.

 Develop a resource plan to identify all required resources HR Location technical needs communication needs Software license…

 Develop risk management plan to identify all risk and the impact of each in order to mitigate the risk.

 Develop a communication plan to get the business requirements resolve conflict and update all stakeholders for project status.

3.Executing  Direct and manage project execution to achieve project objective.

 Perform quality assurance to ensure that quality standard is applied.

 Acquire develop manage project team in order to complete project assignments.

 Communicate with stockholder to distribute the information manage their expectation.

 Conduct procurements to fulfil project requirements

4.Monitoring Controlling  Monitor Control project work in order

 Perform integrated change control to manage all changes Out of scope

 Verify control scope to make sure the project beyond the scope specified.

 Control schedule costs to ensure that the project under budget and on time.

 Perform quality control to ensure the deliverables of the project.

 Communicate with all stockholders in order to generate performance report.

 Monitor control risks in order to mitigate the risk when it’s happen.

 Administrates procurement to ensure all required resources are available.

5.Closing  Close the project or phase and make sure all documentation and learned lessoned.

 Close the procurements contracts to ensure that all contracts are closed with all vendors

6.Management  Assisting the division head in creating and executing the division annual plan and budget.

 Create team development and training plan evaluate the performance of all team members and recommendations for promotions.
SkillsNecessary knowledge and experience to be able to do the job
 Knowledge of Internal Processes Standards Polices and Procedures.
2 4 years of project management experience including staff supervision
 Indepth knowledge of business area.
 Experience in software development

Education and certification requirements
 Minimum bachelor's degree in computer science business administration operations engineering or related field

 Expert in using utilizing development tools like VSTS and other projects
management tools like MSProject Enterprise Project Management
