C.N.C ROLL TURNING OPERATOR MACHINISTS

Duties and Responsibilities

Maintains specifications by observing drilling grooving and cutting including turning facing knurling and thread chasing operations taking measurements detecting malfunctions troubleshooting processes adjusting and reprogramming controls sharpening and replacing worn tools adhering to quality assurance procedures and processes.
Reads and interprets blueprints
Properly and safely loads and unloads castings and raw materials in C.N.C machinery
Uses gauges and measuring instruments to meet tolerance requirements
Recognizes deploys and properly uses inserts fixtures and tooling
Understands and has the ability to perform tool wear offsets
Performs daily and regular cleaning and light maintenance tasks on C.N.C machinery
Utilizes and abides by I.S.O requirements and safety procedures
Complies with all quality policies specifications regulations and instructions
Perform other related duties as instructed by the superior

Produces machined parts by programming setting up and operating a computer numerical control C.N.C machine maintaining quality and safety standards keeping records maintaining equipment and supplies.

Skills Qualifications Required

Minimum 5 years experiences in manufacturing companies Steel Industry is an advantage. AUTOCAD Conceptual Skills Process Improvement Verbal Communication Functional and Technical Skills Controls and Instrumentation Supply Management Tooling Coordination Inventory Control Attention to Detail Judgment.
