مطلوب بصفة عاجله فني مختبر مواد للعمل بمختبر مواد جديد خبره ٧سنوات بمختبر مواد بكالوريوس او دبلوم له درايه بالعمل بالمختبر وأخذ العينات واظهار النتائج وكتابة التقارير يكون ملم بجميع اختبارات التربه والأساسات والخرسانة والأسفلت ودقيق في عمله الراتب مغري لمن يستحق
Projects Manager PVC Pipes Windows Aluminium Extrusion
Major Duties and Responsibilities
► Develop and update the strategy goals and targets of the Project Management department.
► Develop milestones and plans for the Project Management department to achieve its goals.
► Develop the annual budget for the Project Management department and ensure cost and expenditure are within the set budget.
► Manage the implementation of the strategic initiatives as applicable to Project Management department and communicate expectations to all individuals within the department.
► Direct and manage project development from beginning till project finalization and delivery
► Manage the implementation and improvement of the project management guidelines policies and procedures and ensure compliance across all departments.
► Ensure the project budget time constraints and quality standards are met during the project’s timeline..
► Manage the resource Man Money and Material utilization and minimize the project expenditure.
► Conduct progress review meetings with project team members vendors suppliers contractors and all other project participants monitor and coordinate activities between various project teamsvendors and manage the interfaces efficiently.
► Prepare weeklydaily work schedules from monthlyyearly plansprograms taking in to account of available resources and interface with different contract packages.
► Monitor the progress on different work fronts analyze various progress reports from vendors and identify problem areas advice project teams on critical areas and mitigation measures to recover slippages.
► Prepares and submit weekly productivity report to management with respect to job orders generation Installation progress and accomplishments.
► Ensure compliance with organizational policies and statutory requirements ensure compliance with approved Safety Health and Environment policies by all involved in the project execution.
► Responsible to coordinate production logistics sales and finance for proper and effective implementation of projectscontracts.
Project Estimation
► Review and approve subcontractor bid packages and over see the project estimation activities.
► Establish and maintain the necessary contacts with sub contractors
► Analyze blueprints and other documentation to prepare time cost materials and labor estimates.
► Consult with clients vendors personnel in other departments to discuss and formulate estimates and resolve issues.
► Confer with engineers architects contractors and subcontractors on changes and adjustments to cost estimates.
Project Planning ► Responsible to conduct formal communication plan to both team members and management.
► Provide support for the administration of contracts including scope of works amp tendercontract preparation and correspondence.
► Regularly keep management informed of problems issues and status of ongoing projects.
► Review the project standards
Project Installation
► Responsible to review the projects standards with respect to the company policy.
► provide direction and support to project team
► Facilitate the definition of project scope goals and deliverables
► Accountable for completing the project on time and within budget
► Accountable for stakeholder satisfaction and managing their expectations
