Quality Manager Automotive



Purpose of the Role
The Quality Manager within CXC is primarily responsible for ensuring the Customer’s Experience is in accordance with the adopted Standards for the customerfacing departments within Company and the affiliates. The purpose of the role is to identify root cause problems to help remedy pain areas for the customer and make recommendations to remedy and enhance processes and procedures not functioning in accordance to the SOPs.
This role is key in motivating staff to drive optimum and differentiated service for our customers with an emphasis on continuous improvement and operational excellence. The Quality Manager is responsible for working with the CXC leadership team to ensure achievement and surpassing of Quality KPI’s as agreed with the CXC Director.

Responsibilities and Duties
To manage the day to day quality monitoring of key customer touch points within Company and the Affiliates
To drive and inspire outstanding performance within the Company customerfacing departments by recommending clear goals objectives and motivation through professional consistent and effective leadership across all areas impacted by the quality KPI’s.
To effectively manage performance in of the quality team areas to the extent where optimal performance is constantly tested measured and delivered.
To have a strong and detailed focus on customer experience quality and work with Operational Managers to maximise the delivery of a world class quality automotive retailer whilst at the same time ensuring people are respected and work within a controlled and balanced environment.
To undertake internal mystery shopping on a regular basis of key customerfacing departments with the view of identifying improvements with the cooperation of MIS reporting.
To drive and lead by example the delivery of strong attention to detail accuracy and quality across all levels of the quality team – for both external and internal clients.
To effectively manage absence within the quality team budgeted levels and with a view to driving motivation and a strong peoplefocused culture.
To manage and engender a relationship with the client’s quality team to ensure quality is embedded within the Affiliate’s various customerfacing departments and highlight opportunities for improvement.
To constantly review personnel and seek out individuals for further development both management and skills to provide career options to the teams as well as ‘home grown’ quality experts for the organisation.
To work closely with HR on recruitment profiles selection criteria reviews of results and local conditions such that the business is attracting and attaining quality and skilled individuals to fit specific roles.
Undertakes duties of a general nature or additional tasks that may be required from time to time by the business
To ensure that activities within the CXC are always prioritised appropriately and aligned to company’s business needs.
To hold weekly performance reviews and provide reporting to the business on
Performance – positive and negative variances and drivers
Quality – training and subject matter experts
Customer experience – key trends observations and recommendations
Report on new initiatives and changes that are planned and implemented within the CXC
To define and agree plan and priorities for week ahead.

SkillsMinimum of 5 years in an Operational Quality Assurance role in a fast paced dynamic sales orientated automotive environment ideally gained in the GCC.

Minimum of 5 years people management experience within an automotive retail environment

Key to the role is to manage through others fostering an environment of cooperation and respect. The candidate must have gravitas and authority whilst being able to create rapport and trust at all levels.

Candidates must be passionate about customer service and the importance of people in its delivery

Strong leadershipinfluencing and communication skills with the ability not only to lead teams but empower motivate and delegate as appropriate

Candidates must be numerate and have excellent report writing skills.

Proven track record of successful performance and change management and the ability to identify opportunities for continuous improvement within the current operating environment

Results driven with high levels of energy flexibility and enthusiasm

Skills

A strong and selfmotivated individual with inspirational communication and interface skills.

ISO9001 QMS standards and practices

COPC standards and practices – desirable

Time Management skills

Experience and understanding of managing a quality team particularly within a shared services environment like CXC.

Candidates must be experienced in operating at all levels within an organisation and in handling a variety of often disparate needs from different sources.

The ability to communicate and report information in a clear concise and effective manner is essential to the role.

Computer skills including MS Office MS Project MS Visio.

Head of Customer Relations Automotive



Purpose of the Role
The Head of Customer Relations within CXC is primarily responsible for ensuring customer complaints are managed in accordance with the SOPs Standards adopted by the CXC and within the company and in accordance with MCI regulations. The purpose of the role is to resolve or escalate customer complaints in accordance with set time frames and in accordance with the authority matrix. A primary function of the role is to identify root cause problems of complaints and to brainstorm with other CXC managers the remedial actions required to prevent repeat occurrence of the problem.
This role is key in motivating staff to drive optimum and differentiated service for our customers with an emphasis on continuous improvement and operational excellence. The Head of Customer Relations is responsible for working with the Resolver Groups to ensure achievement and surpassing of Complaint Management KPIs.

Responsibilities and Duties
To manage the day to day operations of the Customer Relations team across all the affiliates.
To ensure all complaints are logged into the system issued a Trouble Ticket number and updated in accordance with the set KPIs until the Ticket is closed off.
To drive and inspire outstanding performance within the company customerfacing departments by recommending clear strategies and objectives to minimise customer complaints and increase customer satisfaction through professional consistent and effective leadership across all areas impacted by the Complaint Management KPI’s.
To effectively manage performance in the Customer Relations team to the extent where optimal performance is constantly tested measured and delivered.
To have a strong and detailed focus on customer experience quality and work with Operational Managers to maximise the delivery of a world class quality automotive retailer whilst at the same time ensuring people are respected and work within a controlled and balanced environment.
To review and evaluate MIS reporting to identify root causes with the view of identifying improvements in departments that have led to customer complaints.
