سائق Driver
• القيام بعملية القيادة من أجل تنفيذ مهام العمل خارج نطاق موقع الشركة وتلبية احتياجات العمل الضرورية بشكل يومي ومستمر على مدار الساعة عند الحاجة لذلك
• المسئولية التامة عن الحفاظ على سيارات الشركة محل العهدة وعن سلامة جميع أجزائها من التلف اوالضر بها
• يراعى تطبيق تعليمات وقواعد القيادة السليمة على الطرق وذلك حسب الارشادات وقواعد الأمن والسلامة المرورية والتي تشمل ربط حزام الأمان والسيطرة الكاملة على المقود خلال القيادة
• التأكد من متابعة الفحص الدوري للمركبة لدى قسم الصيانة وذلك بشكل مستمر حيث سيشمل تفقد كل ما في السيارة كالزيت والوقود والكفرات والانوار ومستوى الماء والبطارية والحرارة وصوت المحرك وطفاية الحريق والمثلث العاكس، والكفرات الإضافي وجهاز رفع الكفرات وكمية الدخان والأدوات الاخرى الضرورية عند الطوارئ
• مراعاة الأساليب المرئية للسير في الطرق السريعة ان كانت خارج أو داخل المدينة والإشارات وخطوط عبور المشاه والقيادة في الأنفاق والكباري وكذلك القيادة الليلية وبالقرب من المدارس والمستشفيات او مجمعات التجارية ذوي الكثافة العالية من المارة
• إبلاغ المسؤول المباشر عن أي خلل او أعطال ان كانت كبيرة او صغيرة اوصدمات في مركبات
• مسئول عن نظافة السيارة سواء كان ذلك بنفسه أو بالإستعانة بالمختصين للمحافظة على المظهر العام
• تسجيل المهام التي يقوم بها والمسافات التي يقطعها في السجل الخاص بذلك
• الالتزام بحمل رخصة القيادة الخاصة به سارية المفعول باستمرار
• القيام بأية أعمال أخرى يكلف بها من قبل رئيس القسم او مدير الإدارة وتنفيذ الأوامر والمهمات المطلوبة وبدون إبطاء

• Into account the methods of visual functioning in highways that were outside or inside the city signals and pedestrian crossing lines and driving in tunnels and bridges as well as night driving and near schools hospitals or commercial complexes with a high density of pedestrians.
• Reporting directly responsible for any defect or malfunction that big or small
• Responsible for the cleanliness of the car whether in person or through specialists to maintain the overall appearance

Sales
Maximize sales in all stores through coaching and performance management of Store Managers in the areas of scheduling availability and customer service. Constantly reviews sales improvement practices like display store environment alterations after sales service staff personal appearance etc….
Store AdministrationDaily Routine Checks
Review staff weekly schedule daily review of staff attendance absent and lateness should be dealt as per company policies and procedures.
Make sure that stores opening and closing are on the same timings which is circulated by mall management.
Ensure that all staffs are well presented at all the time and ready for customer service.
Make sure that store reflect the international standard all the time. House keeping should be done on daily.
Review alterations and take appropriate action.
Implementations of company policies and procedures like banking petty cash sick leaves etc….
Stock loss Control
Make sure that agreed stocks receiving and transfers procedures is being followed in all stores all products are having security tags random checks on stock transfers spot and cycle counts ensure adequate staffing in stores monitor thru camera ensure the staff vigilance on floor and fitting rooms.
Random checks on exchange and refund transactions.
People Management
Maximize the potential of store managers and sales staff through coaching and performance management motive the team on their achievements recommends the hiring of potential candidates and promotion from existing caliber staff.
Visual Merchandising
Make sure that store follows the basic guidelines in terms of visual merchandising i.e. window display seasonal display sales and promo display steaming pricing etc…
Cost Control
