Job Mission
The Sales amp Marketing Director is strong functional and people leadership role to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the existing Distribution system and to develop the organization roadmap for future business growth.
Functional responsibilities include managing and ensuring the efficiency and performance of all operation developing and executing strategy projects and programs to continuously improve Customer Service results and consistently meet market demand. The incumbent develop strategies and initiatives within distribution and Customer Service areas of the distribution process.
Job Responsibilities
Strategic
Develops and monitors operating Plans for the market Demand product quality instock performance inventory ontime deliveries and productivity.
Develops annual operating plan and budget for the sales division.
Leads development of vehicle supply planning processes to ensure product availability including ordering of vehicles amp pricing.
Leads development maintenance and execution of annual and longterm strategic plans for the sales and marketing function.
Leads ongoing development of forecasts and plans in order to reduce costs improve inventory turns and meet customer needs.
Participates in development of information systems to enhance planning capabilities and management of the business.
Plans and manages business unitdepartment processes and practices to ensure that programs are aligned with company business goals and objectives.
Lead the development and growth of all key accounts and maintain excellent relationship with these accounts.
Ensure sustainable growth of sales amp marketing with ownership of share of brand in the market.
