QAQC Manager
• Review and monitor the implementation of Amana policies procedures and objectives oversee execution of Amana QAQC policies and procedures
• Provides technical support for ongoing problem solving Provide technical as well as Quality related support for all the activities
• Upgradeupdate QAQC plan forms procedures and flow chart
• Review the prepared Preparing check list for all items in the scope of work
• Report to GM on the performance of Management System the Quality Systems and the any need for improvement
• Establish and maintain liaison with the certifying Authority representatives
• Develop a system to measure and analyze close customer’s feedback reports and rectify any complaints from the customer
• Develop training tools for staff
• Develop and manage the Internal Quality Audit program allocate Internal Auditors to perform and audits and ensure any corrective actions needed are followed up and cleared
• Lead auditsassessments of major suppliers and sub contractors for inclusion in the Approved supplier list
• Ensure conformance to all Project Quality Plans Ensure that the Project Quality Plans are prepared and implemented in compliance with the standard followed in the organization
• Coordinates with Internal Auditor to carry out QAQC Audits as per the schedule and ensures if any corrective actions are followed in the organization
• Coordinate with the External InspectionCertification bodies for the certification and Surveillance audits
