CD Project Manager
• Coordinate with CD PMO Manager to develop the following plans before starting his project
o Integration Management Plan.
o Scope Management Plan.
o Time Management Plan.
o Cost Management Plan.
o Quality Management Plan.
o Human Recourses Management Plan.
o Communication Management Plan.
o Risk Management Plan.
o Procurement Management Plan.
• Responsible for achieving project scope according to project budget and scheduled plan.
• Responsible for quality control of materials and construction procedures.
• Responsible for having a thorough knowledge of all Departmental policies processes and procedures.
• Assign Project team according Human Recourses Management Plan.
• Monitor and control project schedule plan and follow up project\'s team achieving their assignments accordingly.
• Conduct regular meeting with client client consultants to update them with project status and to solve any problems affecting project\'s progress.
• Report to CD PMOM on daily basis stating project performance and tasks accomplished according to project\'s schedule plan.
• Report to CD PMOM if any changes required in project\'s scope following the change management procedures to get approval for these changes.
• Follow up delivery of all required equipment tools and materials with CD PMO and CD LM.
• Monitor and Control site store transactions.
• Obtain a hand over certificate on satisfactory completion of assigned projects with customer comments if any.
• Coordinate with CD BD representative along with clients on work progress and needs.
• Handle Project complains and makes recommendations to superiors solving these issues.
• Cooperate coordinate and exchange data information pertaining to projects with staff in other Departments Sections and keep well informed of such issues in order to cover the gap in case of emergencies.
• Perform Professional appearance and function the maximum effective communication skills when dealing with customers to gain their satisfaction and to maintain JJE image.
• Make proper quantity surveying approved by consultant on daily amp weekly basis amp make progress report on time.
• Make subcontractors payment on time to insure their satisfaction and loyality.
• Manage all aspect in Construction Project according to PMI Methodology and approved processes and procedures.
• Apply all standard forms and templates required for Project Management.
• Monitor and Control project execution according to approved project’s plans.
• Extend and perform full cooperation and coordination with CDPMOM.
• Performs any other similar andor job related duties and responsibilities as and when assigned.
Skills•Must have very good and effective management capabilities according to PMI® methodology.
• Knowledge of practical application of engineering and required science and technology.

This dynamic organization handles passenger and cargo transportation in addition to special missions and operations to include pipelines patrol search and rescue and medical evacuation.
Performs as the lead Technician line hangar or shops inspections maintenance complex repairs testing and troubleshooting on all aircrafts and aircraft systems on Saudi Aramco fleet ground and support equipment.
Provides directions for subordinate aircraft maintenance personnel for the purpose of performing the aircraft maintenance job tasks to a rigid specifications established by the FAA equipment manufacturers and the Saudi Aramco Aviation Department
