1 أن يكون المتقدم سعودي الأصل والمنشأ ويستثنى من شرط المنشأ من نشأ مع nbspوالده أثناء خدمته للدولة خارج المملكة.
2 أن يكون حسن السيرة والسلوك والسمعة وغير محكوم عليه بحد شرعي أو في جريمة مخلة بالشرف والأمانة وألا يكون مطروداً من إحدى الكليات أو المعاهد العسكرية.
3 أن لايقل عمر المتقدم عن 17عاماً ولايزيد عن 30عاماً حسب الهوية الوطنية .
4 أن لا يقل طوله عن 168سم وأن يتناسب الطول مع الوزن .
5 أن لايكون متزوج من غير سعودية.
6 أن لايكون موظف بأي جهة حكومية.
7 أن يجتاز الفحص الطبي والمقابلة الشخصية و الإجراءات الأخرى .

ثانياً شروط القبول لدورة التأهيل للفرد الأساسي حماية المنشآت

nbspأن تتوفر لدى طالب الالتحاق المؤهلات العلمية المطلوبة وهي على النحو التالي
أzwnj الشهادة الجامعية المتوسطة تقنية وكليات المجتمع ومعهد الإدارة العامة والمعاهد المعتمدة لايقل عن سنتين لرتبة عريف .
بzwnj الشهادة الثانوية دبلوم لايقل عن ستة اشهر لرتبة جندي أول.
تzwnj الشهادة الثانوية أو مايعادلها علمي ndash شرعي تجارية ndash صناعية فنية المعهد العلمي لرتبة جندي.

ثالثاً شروط القبول لدورة التأهيل للفرد الأساسي الموسيقى التمهيدية
bull أن يكون طالب الالتحاق حاصلاً على الكفاءة المتوسطة .
bull أن يتعهد بإكمال الدراسة المقره في مجال الموسيقى لمدة سنتين بعد دورة التأهيل للفرد الاساسي مع إستمراره بالخدمه في هذا المجال والتعين بعد التخرج من دورة الموسيقى التمهيدية سوف يكون على رتبة جندي .

رابعاً طريقة التسجيل .
bull يتم فتح باب التسجيل لطالبي الإلتحاق الذين تتوفر فيهم الشروط المعلنة عن طريق موقع القوات على شبكة الإنترنت عبر الرابط nbsphttpwww.fsf.gov.sa nbspمن الساعة nbsp11.45 صباح يوم الإثنين 9 2 1436هـ وحتى الساعة 11.45 صباح يوم الخميس 12 2 1436هـ nbspيتم إدخال البيانات المطلوبة بكل دقة ولن ينظر في الطلبات غير المستوفية للشروط المطلوبة ، وسيتم استبعاد من يثبت عدم دقته بإدخال بياناته .

Head of Quality Improvement Patient Safety
1. Position Summary
The Head of Quality Improvement and Patient Safety Office is responsible for planning and implementing Quality Improvement and Patient Safety Plan to meet the needs of IEC. HeShe is responsible to act as a resource person to IEC Staff and to provide education. HeShe is also responsible for facilitating performance improvement activities throughout IEC. HeShe shall have an oversight responsibility for all regulatory body surveys i.e. Accreditation Canada International and CBAHI.
2. Duties and Responsibilities
2.1 Plans implements and oversees the execution of Quality Improvement and Patient Safety Plan.
2.1.1 Monitors adherence and identifies any deviation to ensure that the daily operations and the strategic plans for the organization are in synchronization with the Organizational mission vission values and operational philisophy of continuous quality improvement.
2.1.2 Ensures the commitment to quality and the organizational defenition of Quality is consistent and communicated to every level of the organization.
2.1.3 Provides education to all IEC sraff
2.2 Facilitates organization wide transition to Quality Improvement through development of standards indicators and evaluation techniques
2.2.1 Provides necessary education and tools to assist upper management to plan for implementation of the quality improvement process
2.2.2 Provides and or facilitates internal consulting efforts on organizational management and performance standards setting.
2.2.3 oversees and maintains the Hospital wide Policy and procedure Program
2.3 Oversees Quality Improvement efforts in all areas
2.3.1 Coaches the Quality and Development staff and the departmental QI designees and directs their Quality Management Program
2.3.2 Assists the Departmental QI designees in the setting andor adopting of quality Improvement Programs Tools and Benchmarks for organization wide activities.
2.4 Oversees committees and other multidisciplinary teams formation and performance
2.4.1 Maps out development of the process for identifying and monitoring Quality Improvement Teams.
2.4.2 Directs and facilitates the development of Quality Improvement projects requiring multidisciplinary participation and oversees their performance and achievements.
2.4.3 Evaluates the current Quality Improvement activities.
2.5 Directs Utilization and Risk Management initiatives and systems
2.5.1 Recommends ways and means both for medical and nonmedical areas for system efficiency and cost containment
2.5.2 Oversees the IncidentOccurence Reporting Program and reports trends provided by risk manager and reflections of data to the concerned committees.
2.5.3 Identifies high rick problem prone and high cost areas and puts plans for monitoring them.
2.6 Analysis and desimination of quality and costumer related information and issues.
2.6.1 Identifies methods to recognize patientcustomer needs
2.6.2 Provides educationon ways to use this data in the quality improvement implementation process and the achievement of customer satisfaction.
2.7 Facilitates regular management of accreditation bodies requirments.
2.7.1 Serves as contract for outside accrditation bodies.
2.7.2 Coordinates CBAHI and Accreditation Canada International and other certification andor Quality related survey process
2.8 Prepares annual budget requirements and staffing plans for the Quality Improvement and Patient Safety Office
2.9 Oversees the performance of Quality Improvement and Patient Safety Office staff and other performs staff evaluations.
SkillsPosition Qualification
Education
Master\'s Degree in Healthcare Administration or Health Management and Policy
Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality CPHO
Experience
3 to 5 years of experience in the Quality Department in a 200 to 300 bed capacity
Previous experience as a Quality Director is preferred
Expertise and Skills
Excellent in team building and leadership
Fluent in speaking and writing English and Arabic
Current knowledge of the state of the art in Quality Management and risk mgt. statistical analysis business and strategic planning education and training organizational development productivity improvement and cost management.
Knowledge of Laws and Regulations to the Kingdom relevant to the organizations operation.
Knowledge of accreditation standards
Strong collaborative skills and proven negotiation abilities
General familiarity with computerized management systems
The ability to plan manages and provides the utilization of professional resources.
Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to multitask unrelated activities.
Competent in the use of various softwares such as Word Excel Access SPSS Minitab and Microsoft Office Project.

2.5.1 Recommends ways and means both for medical and nonmedical areas for system efficiency and cost containment
2.5.2 Oversees the IncidentOccurence Reporting Program and reports trends provided by risk manager and reflections of data to the concerned committees.
2.5.3 Identifies high rick problem prone and high cost areas and puts plans for monitoring them.
2.6 Analysis and desimination of quality and costumer related information and issues.
2.6.1 Identifies methods to recognize patientcustomer needs
2.6.2 Provides educationon ways to use this data in the quality improvement implementation process and the achievement of customer satisfaction.
2.7 Facilitates regular management of accreditation bodies requirments.
2.7.1 Serves as contract for outside accrditation bodies.
2.7.2 Coordinates CBAHI and Accreditation Canada International and other certification andor Quality related survey process
2.8 Prepares annual budget requirements and staffing plans for the Quality Improvement and Patient Safety Office
2.9 Oversees the performance of Quality Improvement and Patient Safety Office staff and other performs staff evaluations.
SkillsPosition Qualification
Education
Master\'s Degree in Healthcare Administration or Health Management and Policy
Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality CPHO
Experience
3 to 5 years of experience in the Quality Department in a 200 to 300 bed capacity
Previous experience as a Quality Director is preferred
Expertise and Skills
Excellent in team building and leadership
Fluent in speaking and writing English and Arabic
Current knowledge of the state of the art in Quality Management and risk mgt. statistical analysis business and strategic planning education and training organizational development productivity improvement and cost management.
Knowledge of Laws and Regulations to the Kingdom relevant to the organizations operation.
Knowledge of accreditation standards
Strong collaborative skills and proven negotiation abilities
General familiarity with computerized management systems
The ability to plan manages and provides the utilization of professional resources.
Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to multitask unrelated activities.
Competent in the use of various softwares such as Word Excel Access SPSS Minitab and Microsoft Office Project.
