Operations Manager – Health Safety Security Environment
• Snsures the implementation of the HSSE policy and HSSE management system requirements at all ARASCO’s operating locations.
• Supports all BUs’ HSSE staff in implementing the HSSE policy requirements at ARASCO’s operational locations.
• Provides Business Unit guidance and support on the requirements of the HSSE Policy Framework and Standards.
• Provides advice and assistance to Senior Managers Managers and staff that will enable them to discharge their responsibilities under the HSSE Policy.
• Provides advice and support to risk assessment activities and the setting of risk control standards. Where required carry out risk assessments and carry out periodical reviews of the risk assessment controls and their effectiveness in operation to ensure any residual risks arising from the controls are suitably managed in operation.
• Audits the HSSE arrangements and application across the company.
• Monitors HSSE performance in ARASCO’s business units and the implementation of the HSSE Policy Standards and Procedures.
• Provides practical interpretation of legal requirements applying to HSSE matters to managers and staff.
• Provides advice and assistance to all staff that will enable them to discharge their responsibilities under the SHE Safety Health Environment Policy.
• Coordinates all HSSE activities across ARASCO and liaise with relevant host country external regulatory and other authorities on behalf of the BU.
• Reports where required on investigation of lost time accidents dangerous occurrences fires pollution security issues and environmental incidents.
• Responsible for developing and maintaining HSSE training records of all ARASCO operation’s staff and create a HSSE training identifying HSSE competency requirement and current standard for each BU.
Skills• Minimum of Bachelor\'s Degree in relevant stream in Engineering Industrial or Mechanical Management.
• 3 years of experience.
• Certificates Licenses and memberships such as NEBOSH is desired.
• AnalyticalNumericalPresentation.
• PC CompetencyComputer Knowledge.
• Arabic language skills and UAE experience is advantageous.

Site Nurse
Shall have a current indate valid qualification be licensed in accordance with Ministerial Decision 404 with a minimum of a diploma in nursing issued by a recognized medical body acceptable to the Royal Commission and with a minimum of five 5 years’ experience in practical medical treatment. In addition shall also have a current indate valid First Aider Basic Life Support or CardioPulmonary Resuscitation certificate issued by a recognized medical body acceptable to RC. The candidate shall be fluent in written and spoken English with the ability to keep a daily medical logbook. Environmental Safety amp Health ESampH Manager
Shall have a minimum of eight 8 years’ experience in construction five 5 years of which must have been as a safety representative on construction sites within the MENA region. The candidate shall be fluent in written and spoken English as well as computer literate and hold a Saudi National driving license. The candidate after contract award must pass an ESampH Manager competency test with a minimum pass mark of 65 and may also be subject to a personal interview with Royal Commission Construction ESampH Department for evaluation prior to confirmation and approval.
