CCTV VMS Surveillance Access Control Engineer
Responsible for design installation configuration and support of CCTV NVR DVR VMS and Access Control Systems
Skills Understand customer Surveillance and Security requirements and needs
Capable of analyzing customer requirements and recommending the right products and technology solutions
Design installation and configuration of the proposed technology solution
Experienced in IP Non IP based CCTV DVR NVR VMS and Access Control Systems
Experienced in delivering large scale CCTV Surveillance Projects for different entities
Experiences in delivering large scale Complex Unified Access Control Systems
Experienced in different types of Access Control technology concepts and door locks or barriers
Oversee the whole project activities including physical installation configuration caballing termination testing and commissioning
Troubleshoot hardware software of all related systems
Provide training and support for the customer
Work independently andor with a team

The Riyadh Metro project is seeking experienced Civil Inspectors to inspect and review work in accordance with standards determined in the contractual project drawings and specifications.
The Civil Inspectors will provide general inspections on construction labor and subcontractor work to assure contractual compliance. They will monitor quality control and quality assurance review field measurements and assist in compiling Bill of Quantities reports BoQs for payment of quantities and changes in the work.
The Civil Inspectors will also prepare daily reports in accordance with the projects requirements and will observe general job safety and environmental practices
Desired Candidate Profile
Monitoring all site construction and inspection work when required or instructed by the Resident Engineer
Directly coordinating with the contractors regarding project activities such as the construction installation maintenance support documentation and testing activities to ensure compliance with specifications codes and client’s requirements
Reviewing operational process and installations to ensure that the subcontractors comply with the design standards and specifications of the contract documents
Ensuring the subcontractors comply with operational and safety standards
Assisting to identify respond to or evaluate field construction technical issues to maintain the schedule
Verifying field measurements
Providing documentation relating to changes in contract work
Reviewing and supervising subcontractor daily and weekly inspection reports
Assisting in compiling Bill of Quantity BoQ reports for monthly pay estimates
Participating in weekly design review meetings with Civil Engineering team
