الوصف الوظيفيينوب عن المهندس المعماري في موقع العمل ويتأكد من أن إنجاز العمل يسير وفق مواصفات التصميم يستشير مدير المشروع بالموقع حول العمل ومستويات العمل وخطط البناء يفتش على مراحل تنفيذ العمل للتأكد من مطابقتها لمواصفات التصميم ومعاير العمل المطلوب. يجري الفحوصات الميدانية استنادا إلى خبرته النظرية والتطبيقية في أساليب البناء والتشيد. يقدم تقارير منتظمة إلى المهندس المعماري حول التقدم ومستوى العمل المنجز والانحرافات عن التصميم الأصلي. ينقل التعليمات إلى مدير المشروع المقيم حول الأعمال الضرورية الواجب اتخاذها لإصلاح الانحرافات المكتشفة ويرد على الاستفسارات المتعلقة بمواصفات التصميم. يسجل البيانات التفصيلية عن كل الاختلافات المتفق عليها في العقد الأصلي.المهارات35 سنوات خبره في الانشاءات ومراقلة العمال

Assists Assistant Head Nurse in leadership development.
Assists Staff Nurses in performance development.
Administrative
Ensures annual leave shifts and duties are allocated to nursing staff to ensure unit is adequately staffed throughout the 24 hours.
Coordinates and monitors activities of staff and all services to patients
Anticipates and identifies potentialactual problems and resolution of problems recommending changes to policies as necessary.
Ensures effective communication within the unitdepartment between nursing staffpatientssignificant others and allied health care personnel reports all unusual occurrencesproblemsresolutions to the Assistant Director of NursingDirector of Nursing.
Ensures optimal staff safety welfare and development participating in ongoing counseling and in the formal appraisal procedures promoting good staff relationships.

General Manager Furniture Company
Job description
The General Manager is responsible for leading business and works with a very competent team to take the business to a higher plateau in revenues and profits.
The position reports to the Chairman headquartered in the QATAR area and is responsible for managing the regional with a focus on driving profitable sales delivering sophisticated customer service and flawlessly managing the distribution center.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Coordinates the selection shipment delivery and installation of furniture and equipment at projects.
Coordinates and participates in the development of specifications estimates bid
documents and purchase order requests for furniture and equipment needed for
renovations and new construction.
Plans organizes and coordinates activities of designated project to ensure occupancy
progresses on schedule.
Develops and maintains furniture and equipment standards.
Develops and maintains a database and computerized system for estimating specifying
and ordering furniture and equipment.
Develops criteria for evaluating new furniture and equipment products for compliance
with specifications.
Develops criteria and procedures for evaluating and replacing furniture.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities in general are in the following areas. These may evolve as the business requires.
Manage the Region to meet or exceed revenue and profitability targets.
Oversee the management of the sales team distribution center operations inventory.
Identify profitable customers and lead the sales team to build the business with these customers.
Develop the sales team by reinforcing sales training and utilizing proven sales processes.
Personally manage key relationships with senior level people in select targeted customers.
Reinforce a continual process improvement culture in sales and distribution to improve profitability.
SkillsDesired Skills and Experience
Proven executive level leadership skills that are selfmotivated and results driven.
Ability to motivate a multifunctional diverse team to collaborate effectively around a common vision.
Extremely strong sales sales management skills focused on managing sales people training and motivating them to sell “value” more effectively.
Discipline process and execution skills to strengthen the processes and routines across the business in distribution and in sales.
Solid numeric and financial skills to be successful .
Ability to successfully navigate in customer field sales operations office and distribution environments.
