Nursing Supervisor
We have a fantastic new opportunity from one of our largest and most well equipped Clients located in Saudi Arabia for a Nursing Supervisor.
Our Client is a provider in exceptional quality healthcare and a wellestablished organisation around the beautiful beaches on the East Coast of the Kingdom managed by the military and owned by the government.
The Nursing Supervisor is responsible for the supervision of nursing units to ensure that the organisations’ policies and procedures are followed to ensure comprehensive nursing care delivery.
In addition the Nursing Supervisor contributes to the provision of safe patientand familyfocused care and is an advocate for patients and staff.
The role of the Nursing Supervisor also includes undertaking the following
Ensuring that nursing human resource objectives are accomplished by selecting orienting training assigning scheduling coaching counseling and disciplining employees communicating job expectations planning monitoring appraising job contributions recommending compensation actions adhering to policies and procedures.
Ensuring that nursing operational standards are met by contributing information to strategic plans and reviews implementing production productivity quality and customerservice standards resolving problems identifying system improvements.
Identifying patient service requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual patients and other persons in a position to understand service requirements.
Maintaining nursing guidelines by writing and updating policies and procedures.

Ability to handle a variety of scenarios with the ability to “think on your feet.

Network Technician
Network Technician role is to identify troubleshoot and resolve problems encountered by customer of data network UTP Fiber Optic STP amp FTP cables troubleshoot and solve localarea network LAN problems.
Install pulling testing termination amp commissioning for UTP amp Fiber Optic networking cabling systems install configured network equipment.
The Network Technician analyzes LAN Problems such as UTP and Fiber Optic networkrelated problems reported by customer diagnose the most effective method to resolve the problem and implement the solutions.
DaytoDay tasks involve
• Do all necessary onsite work such as Cable Pulling Piping Cable trays installations and all other installation necessary work for UTP STP FTP and Fiber Optic Cables
• Termination from Patch Panels sides testing and commissioning all endtoend network points for Fiber Optic Cables Single Mode SM and MultiMode MM cables
• Termination from both sides Patch Panel and Face plate testing and commissioning all endtoend network points
• Cables Arrangement within Communication and backbone cabinets
• Print all necessary cables UTP amp Fiber Optic test results to be submitted to customer.

• Report Work Status on Daily BiWeekly and Weekly Basis to the Site Manager
