Chief Financial Officer
On behalf of our client a leading company in metal trading processing and recycling business we are seeking a Chief Financial Officer for a major new project to be based in Dammam Saudi Arabia..
You will be responsible for developing financial wellbeing of the organisation providing financial projections and accounting services preparing growth plans directing staff.
• Ensure legal and regulatory compliance for all accounting and financial reporting functions. • Establish financial policies procedures controls and reporting systems in accordance with GAAP. • Oversee cost and financial accounting accounts receivablecollection payroll and risk management.• Develops finance organisational strategies by contributing financial and accounting information analysis and recommendations to strategic thinking and direction establishing functional objectives in line with organizational objectives.• Establish finance operational strategies by evaluating trends establishing critical measurements determining production productivity quality and customerservice strategies designing systems accumulating resources and implementing change.• Develop organisation prospects by studying economic trends and revenue opportunities projecting acquisition and expansion prospects analyzing organization operations identifying opportunities for improvement cost reduction and systems enhancement accumulating capital to fund expansion.• Develop financial strategies by forecasting capital facilities and staff requirements identifying monetary resources developing action plans.• Monitor financial performance and maximise return on invested funds by identifying investment opportunities maintaining relationships with the investment community.• Reports financial status by developing forecasts reporting results analyzing variances developing improvements.• Keep up to date with new regulations participating in educational opportunities reading professional publications maintaining personal networks participating in professional organisations.
Skills• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounts
• CPA CIMA or CA qualifications
• Twelve years’ experience managing accounting functions in a medium large sized company in a manufacturing setting
• Experience in Financial Planning and Strategy Managing Profitability Strategic Planning Vision Quality Management Promoting Process Improvement Forecasting Corporate Finance and Developing Budgets.
• Strong cost accounting experience in a manufacturing environment
• Prior auditing and payroll management experience.
• Track record of cost control and managing growth.
• Technical accounting knowledge of procedures and practices.
• Strong management skills.
• Strong strategic planning and budgeting expertise. Proven ability to perform a variety of critical and confidential tasks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to direct and organize others.
• Experience with accountancy software and ERP systems
• Proven proficiency in Microsoft Excel Word and Power Point.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Outstanding organisational skills.

Operations Manager for steel Fabrication Co
• Develops and maintains manufacturing operations business plans to include all program requirements labor hours cycle production costs and image.• Provides input to the development of product strategy and research and development of new and emerging products.• Establishes production and quality control standards develops budget and cost controls and obtains data regarding types quantities specifications and delivery dates of products ordered.• Provides guidance to the development of a manufacturing process plan including personnel requirements material needs subcontract requirements facility needs and tooling and equipment needs.• Ensures all established costs quality and delivery commitments are met.• Coordinates manufacturing activities with all other functions of the organization and suppliers to obtain optimum production and utilization of human resources machines and equipment.• Reviews production and operating reports and directs the resolution of operational manufacturing and maintenance problems to ensure minimum costs and prevent operational delays.• Performs administrative activities associated with the effective management of shop operations including compiling storing and retrieving production data for reports.• Determines responsibilities of assigned organization and staff positions to accomplish business objectives.• Trains and ensures all assigned employees are aware of and comply with company government and customer policies procedures and regulations.• Directs and coordinates activities of project personnel manages and tracks all materials and resources involved in the project execution to ensure project progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget.• Leads and supports the project team all the way until the project is successfully finished and delivered to the client. • Supervise the execution of the project based on the set project plan while ensure adherence to technical budgetary quality and safety requirements. • Prepares project reports for management client or others to keep them or anyone who holds a stake in the completion of the project informed.• Reviews the management process after the project is over in order to identify any steps in the process that can be improved upon for the next project.• Solve any problem or issue that might arise with the client through the execution of the project. • Maintain a safe work environment and promote safe work practices. • Provides effective leadership of his staff to facilitate their growth and increased knowledge of the project including evaluating and managing their performance.• Performs all other duties as may be directed by the General Manager from time to time.
