Primary Job Objectives ·         Ensure operating restaurants and other departments are consistently supported with best qualitycost products equipment amp materials ·         Plan amp manage effective operations of the purchasing local amp international warehousing and internal regional delivery services ·         Manage ongoing supplier relations amp introduce new suppliers maintaining optimum qualitycost relationship and appropriate delivery schedules ·         Support development of new commissary facility in Riyadh and expansion of existing facility in Dammam

Mnimum of three years experience as 2 in a purchasingsupply chain team for a multiunit restaurant or hotel operation in the GCC

At least two years in the same position in an branded international chain of restaurants.

Minimum of five years experience as supervisor or assistant manager.

Experience of purcashing operations within KSA.
