Clinical Pharmacist



Chase Resourcing are delighted to announce our new partnership with a prestigious and well known hospital group in Saudi Arabia. Our client require the skills of a Clinical Pharmacist nbspto help ensure that their hospital receives ongoing accreditation and to serve as a pharmaceutical caregiver.


Essential Responsibilities amp Duties


Actively participate in patient care rounds with other members of the healthcare team

Assist medical staff with the selection of drug therapy and patient monitoring

Review and interpret medication orders

Assume responsibility for patientspecific pharmacotherapy plan to insure optimal outcomes

Enter and process medication orders whenever scheduled to do so by the Head of assigned section or whenever the need arises

Determine workload priorities verify medication orders check the final product for accuracy and assure timely delivery of the medications to the patient care area

Act as drug information and education resource for patients students colleagues medical and nursing staff and other healthcare professionals

Conduct daily systematic medication reviews for patients in other floors other than the floor covered by the clinical pharmacist whenever assigned

Document therapeutic recommendations in the patients medical record and pharmacy intervention forms

Detect Analyse and report adverse drug reactions

Assure adherence to the departmental policies and procedures and provide monthly reports on cinical activities and other relevant workload statistics

Participate in the departmental performance improvment educational and other clinical activities

Follow all Hospital related policies and procedures

Participate in self and others education training and development as applicable

Perform other related duties as assigned


Job Requirements


Pharm.D. degreeMaster039s Degree from accredited University

Board of Pharmacy Specialties BPS certification is mandatory

General Pharmacy Practice experience required

Two 2 years of hospital pharmacy experience in clinical capacity or completion of residency program for holders of Master039s degreePharm.D. Degree

About the Role
As an Financial Controller you will be responsible for
Preparing the accounts of the company on a monthly and quarterly basis
Ensuring timely submission of reports and other financial information requested to by the Group according to the established deadlines
Previews and analyses management accounts data preparation of Business Review meetings presentation in coordination with the Divisional Managers or General Managers
Preparing annual statutory requirements audits liaise with internal and external auditors and assist in preparation of reports
Ensuring the business is fully compliance with IAS amp IFRS and updates KSA accounting standards and group policies KSA Taxation and Zakat filing
Ensuring that all contracts and business dealings are in accordance with established Company practices and conform to local laws
Supervising and managing of the Accounts staff Evaluates performance of Accounts staff and provides coaching and development opportunities as required
Financial Management of cash flow including review and preparation of weeklymonthly statements and monitoring excesses shortages
Controlling of Accounts Receivable and ensures Senior Management is advised in a timely manner of any issues and required actions to be taken
Implementing systems and procedures to ensure correctness of accounting information including procedures to detect and eliminate fraud.
Ensuring timely Annual Budgeting Quarterly forecasting Long Term Planning amp preparation of presentation pack for the board in consultation with all stakeholders
Administration expenses in conjunction with the SBU Heads HRBP amp Administration Managers
Controlling procurement by implementing and ensuring adherence to the Schedule of Authority for expenditure
Reviewing of Trial Balance Accounting schedule bank amp vendor reconciliations and checking all control accounts

SkillsAbout the Individual

To be successful in winning this role the following are the prerequisites
A Post graduate degree in commerce accounting and finance
5 plus years as a Financial Controller in similar industry
