GENERAL DUTIES
1To consistently provide and maintain the highest standard of guest care and service.
2To maintain a high standard of personal hygiene and grooming at all times.
3To ensure that your designated uniform is worn well pressed and in a good state of repair and to ensure that you wear a name badge at all times.
4To familiarise yourself with your departmental Service Performance Product Standards and to be able to demonstrate their application consistently.
5To have a good knowledge of all hotel facilities and be able to answer guest questions in a quick polite and helpful manner.
6To handle any guest complaints or problems promptly and to ensure that all resolvedunresolved incidents are reported to your Supervisor.
7To adhere at all times to all company hotel and statutory rules regulations and policies.
8To act on your responsibilities for Health and Safety at work.
9To demonstrate a working knowledge of fire prevention and to follow the hotel evacuation plan on hearing the alarm.
10To be security conscious with respect to guest staff and hotel propertywelfare and to report suspicious circumstances to your Supervisor.
11To maintain your departmental area in a safe hygienic and presentable state at all times and to report any damage to furniture fittings and equipment to your Supervisor.
12To cooperate and communicate with your colleagues Supervisors and Management to ensure effective departmental team work and high morale.
13To attend any meetings training sessions or courses that may be beneficial to you and your department on request from your SupervisorManager.
14To follow all procedures set up for the protection of the environment within the hotel and grounds.
15To carry out any other reasonable tasks requested by your Supervisor or Management.

1Prepare the Bread as per Hotel occupancy and functions.
2Prepare all Bakery items as per IHC standards.
3Set up Breakfast and Buffet displays as per SPPS Standards.
4Assist Demi Chef de Partie in the performance of his duties.
5Ensure daily miseenplace is ready on time.
6Ensure proper handling of bakery oven thermostats steam supply are in order
7Attends to emergency requisitions.
8Works under the supervision and close guidance of Demi ChefChef In Charge.
9Ensure proving cupboard is in order.
10Cleans and maintains work areas and equipment.

Laboratory Technician
To perform routine analysis and tests in the assigned areas as well as basic calibrations and preventive maintenance routines for assigned laboratory equipment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1 ndash Perform safely and accurately routine tests and analyses in assigned laboratory area strictly according to the documented procedure and under the supervision of the scientistspecialisttechnologist responsible for the laboratory area. Document all observations during specimen preparation equipment startup test execution and postexperimental phase which might be of significance for the test results andor indicative
2 ndash Perform regular maintenance adjustments and calibrations specific to the instruments andor methods strictly according to the schedules and procedures under the supervision of the scientist specialisttechnologist.
3 ndash Observe the safety rules environmental and work health rules and regulations as well as participate in all related initiatives including EHS meetings and tasks. This includes wearing PPE appropriate for the arealaboratoryactivity.
4 ndash Support all laboratory programs and initiatives related to the laboratory results quality and customer satisfaction.
5 ndash Assist scientists specialists or technologists in test results analysis and reporting on as requested basis.
6. ndash Support cleanness and good housekeeping practices in the laboratories and adjacent areas.
7. ndash Participate in demonstrating the laboratory facilities to internal and external visitors.

•Ensure the implementation of logistics fundamentals i.e. warehousing distribution operations transportation and replenishment
•Lead the logistics team into achieving assigned target on a daily weekly amp monthly basis.
•Effectively work with multi functional resources sales customer service production HR amp administration accounting to best achieve the department’s targets
•Lead the recruitment training and evaluation PDR of his team in the aim of developing and retaining the best talents.
•Owns the organizational structure for logistics to the best help talent develop while growing the business
•Site visits to all’ warehousesplants while seeking opportunities for improvement.
•Annual negotiation and contracts with 3 PL amp Transporters for operations
• Monthly Weekly daily follows up with haulers’ performance vs. targets and work on improvement.
•Develops replenishment plans based on the customer orders with the aim of fully utilizing the available shipping capacity.
•Define and update the shipment routs to the best utilizes the shipping capacity at the lowest cost possible.
•Control and navigate the operational cost as per the allocated budget.
