Software installation configuration upgrades and troubleshooting for end users
Hardware Desktoplaptop upgrades and maintenance.
Printer installation and configuration
support the end user
Participate in project work as assigned.
Assist with the documentation of the existing and future company infrastructure.
Maintain operation and performance of systems and service availability
Understanding of general business concepts and best practices.
Participates in a 24x7 oncall support rotation and offhours maintenance
SkillsNeeds to have university degree in Computer Engineering or IT or relevant degree
Needs to have from 1 to 3 years as IT support.
MCSE MCITP and CCNA are preferred
Strong technical troubleshooting OS software and hardware
Needs to have the sense and culture of customer satisfaction
Should have good communication skills in both Arabic English
Must be a team player and able to work with minimal supervision hard worker and creative.
