The National Sales Manager is a key position within the senior management structure reporting directly to the General Manager and working closely with the global sales function in Headquarters by leading the overall sales strategy and its delivery within your country. The National Sales Manager will take the lead in sales related procedures issues and strategies by systematically focussing on improving supporting and managing the Centresrsquo operations on a national level. This is a role requiring exceptional leadership skills as it will involve managing a large and diverse team comprised of Centre Directors CD as well as of Regional Sales Managers RSMs. You will be responsible for meeting growth and sales targets while ensuring that WSE markets itself as a premium provider with a premium product. You will be looked upon to provide coaching structure feedback and continuous improvement to your Centre Directors and as such will need to apply skills in people management training needs analysis and delivery reporting financial analysis quality control customer excellence and recruitment.You will business partner with the General Manager providing sales strategies translated from highlevel revenue target and must be confident driving change to achieved these.This is a unique opportunity to see your talent in the field of business development flourish thanks to your natural ability to drive action and influence other by growing sales and leading the opening of new centres. bull Creation and execution of the annual quarterly and monthly strategic sales plan in line with forecasted growth targets. bull Responsible for achieving B2B and B2C sales objectives monthly quarterly annually achieved by your CDsRSMs.bull Responsible for setting the optimum pricing levels and discount rates.bull Partner with Marketing to design and implement marketing plans to drive leads and sales which should be clearly communicated down to your team.bull Achieve the monthly targets across all Centres in the following key performance areas Sales Service ndash Profitabilitybull Coach and empower your Centre DirectorsASMs to achieve their objectives for sale revenues and service standards by continuously training evaluating and monitoring their progress toward achieving these goals.bull Motivate your sales team by designing and implementing fresh sales incentives and compensation and benefits to drive performance.bull Partner with HR to put in place joint strategies to retain your sales staff.bull Cost Control Manage all profit and loss and expenditure items in all Centres by maintaining and improving upon cost headcount and inventory controls.bull Controlling and analysis of key statistics daily stats sales plans etc.bull Hire and train your CDsRSMs by proposing and providing them with the right learning and development opportunities.bull Creation implementation and follow up of the monthly offers.bull Responsible for the creation and follow up of sales analysis.bull Planning and leading all sales related meetings with head office staff as well as your CDsRSMsbull Lead the resource and facilities planning for the opening of new Centres. bull Produce and provide adhoc reports as and when needed by the business.bull Ensure consistency and best practice by assuring Centres are adhering to all WSE policies and procedures.bull Partner with and support the National Service Manager to ensure synergies are created between sales and service.bull Lead all performance management activities for your staff ensuring you put in place systematic and regular reviews to drive the right performance..

bull Provide up to date and accurate feedback to GM on sales status.

bull Create and provide regular reports to your key stakeholders.

bull Formally meet all CDRSM in Centre on a weekly basis and review results related to Sales Service HR Centre Maintenance and any Miscellaneous items.

bull Provide ongoing and adhoc support to your CDRSMs as and when needed

bull Monitor each Centrersquos show origin mix internet booth promoter walkin etc

bull Ensure daily KPIs and sales objectives are met.

bull Review daily and weekly reports and statistics to put in place the appropriate action plans.

bull Mediate and provide support to the Centres when serious student challenges or disputes that may arise

bull Provide sales and service training to CD and Centre staff.

bull Provide recruitment interviews planning and training support to the CDsRSMs



bull Has proven experience in significantly growing a business on a national or regional level through increased sales or business expansion.

bull Significant experience managing a Business Unit or Sales Area holding overall responsibility over sales PampL profit and service delivery.

bull Fluent in local language as well as English written and spoken

bull Expert in coordinating sales planning and forecasting across a region or country by assigning sales objectives and goals to a remotely based team.

bull Planning and directing staff training programs and performing staff evaluations to develop performance goals.

bull Ability to motivate and guide crossfunctional staff to achieve established performance expectations.

bull Can demonstrate a thorough and practical understanding of company policies and operating procedures and can advise staff and students of same to ensure functional effectiveness of the region.

bull Experience in analysis of sales statistics and control expenditures for the purpose of following company policies and directives.

bull Knowledge of general accounting termsformsrecords.

bull Used to and comfortable working under pressure to meet sales and operational objectives.

bull Is an expert in establishing relationships and dealing with people beyond giving and receiving instructions.

bull Demonstrated ability to coach and develop staff.

bull Proven experience within the Service sector or highend product sector.

bull Has previously implemented complex systems and procedures.

bull Entrepreneurial spirit.

bull Previous Wall Street Institute experience would be an added advantage.
