oMaintaining and supporting web based applications in Production and Test environments.
oWorking with clients to understand their issues and provide technical support.
oMonitor High volume load balanced IIS server farms.
oRespond to investigate and resolve issues involving production applications and systems.
oCommunicate with other teams to solve operational requests.
oEscalate technical bugs to Technical Teams.
oProvide 24x7 Support as per customer request.
SkillsoApplicants for this job should be able to meet the requirements of the responsibilities mentioned above.
oExperience with ASP.Net VB.NET andor C.NET JQuery.
oExperience with ORACLE
oCandidate should be a selfmotivated independent detail oriented responsible teamplayer
oStrong communication skills
oStrong Analytical and Problem Solving Skills
oAbility to multitask support multiple priorities
oStrong experience with troubleshooting and application support
oExperience in database administration management and development including SQL Microsoft SQL Server and TransactSQL
oExperience in Web Applications including administration of Windows Internet Information Server IIS experience with web technologies e.g. HTMLHTTP JavaScript XMLXSL CSS
oExperience debugging web applications Windows installer and InstallShield installer
oExperience in Windows Server administration scripting languages
oKnowledge and experience with software engineering processes such as source control bug and feature tracking software life cycle management and QA.
oExperience with interfacing with embedded products for debug and configuration
oUnderstanding of and a deep appreciation for SW configuration management quality practices test coverage prediction methods and automated functional and regression test tools and techniques.
