Operation of DCS Controlled System inReverse Osmosis Plant to produce Potable Water. Shift Charge Engineers for allother Operational activities during the Shift..Will be responsible for operation ofthe Reverse Osmosis Water Treatment Plant through DCS Control Room MaintainShift Log Book and assist to Supervisor for all other Operational activitiesduring the Shift and other related work assigned by his Supervisor · Overall Supervision of Operation activities of Sea Water Treatment Plant.· Responsible to implement Masa Safety Procedures for issuing permit to work PTWC and toensure proper isolations as per the established Masa Standard isolationprocedures before issuing the permit.· To conduct safety tool meeting on regular basis for safety awareness of theemployees working under him.· To carry out plant operation in a safe and smooth manner as per the establishedMasa standard operating procedures.· Supervise Control Room Operators and all Operators asigned in his Shift to maintainsmooth operation of the plant.· To check and monitor the process parameters in PLC Control System to takenecessary action and to advise concerned operators for correction in order toachieve optimum production and efficiency.· Regular checks in the plants inspect the process system house keeping status and totake action accordingly.· Responsible to create notifications for the defects observed and reported by operators inthe plant.· To monitor the condition carry out trouble shooting and to take necessary actionamp decision during abnormal operation and emergency situations in the plant.· To coordinate with RO4 Superintendent and Lead Engineer Process for necessaryinstructions during abnormalities.· Responsible for the production and water quality to maintain the Masa standard limits incoordination with laboratory.· Responsible to check the laboratory results in each shift and to take necessary action toeliminate the non conformity in the water chemistry.· Responsible for preparing Shift Log Reports daily production reports water qualityreports power meter reading reports and sending through Email to therecipients as instructed.· Responsible to mobilize maintenance teams whenever recquired.· To prepare incident reports whenever any incident occurs and to take necessarymeasures to avoid such incidents.· Responsible to prepare SOP SIP and emergency contingency procedures as per therequirement of Masa.· To provide necessary data to the Lead Engineer Process for preparing weeklymonthly quarterly and annual reports.· To coordinate with other departments such as CPO as per the requirements.· Able to assist the Lead Engineer Process in all his undertakings and later resumethe responsibilities during the leave of absence.· Proper Hand Over of Operation Information to the incoming Shift Charge Engineers. Main Purpose of the Role
Handling money collection daily transactions and data entry reporting and necessary archiving and filing of collection sheets.
Main Responsiblities
Collects cash money and checks from the sales force team.
Coordinate with Nestlé Business Services NBS Team in Cairo amp finance team in Jeddah to ensure that all collections are timely posted in SAP.
Prepares returned checks report and liaise with bank and sales team to collect the cheques.
Clear the open items in the accounts receivables bank reconciliation in alignment with the finance team in Jeddah amp NBS.
Prepare the daily cash situation report
Prepare the bank deposit slips and hand over to bank security team
Reconcile the deposits on bank statement and ensure that all the chequecash are recorded in the bank statement.
Prepare and provide the list of nonsales related receipts to finance team for further posting.
Filling and archive of all the receipts for future reference.
Participate in the audit preparation and support team during audit period.
