Assistant Finance Manager

Job Description

Develop amp implement finance strategy standards methods and processes including budget planning controllership treasury and financial planning and analysis.

Ensure effective routine functioning of Finance and Accounting activities by establishing financial policies and procedures controls and reporting systems.

Manage all department staff in performing their delegated tasks

Ensure that all department staff acquires required skillsets knowledge and certifications through appropriate training and professional development programs in coordination with the Human Resources and Administration Division.

Periodically appraise the staff Coach and counsel them as required.

Encourage good communication among all levels of staff.

Prepare periodic performance reports for the department.

Develop manage and implement financial investment and treasury policies and procedures.

Review consolidated statement amp report performance to shareholders Board of Directors amp Audit Committee.

Implement budgetary process by establishing detailed budget schedules collecting analysing and consolidating budget data.

Achieve budget objectives by analysing actual vs budgets for the Company.

Coordinate with external and internal auditors to ensure that audits and reviews are carried out effectively and all audit review comments are discussed and appropriately closed.

Perform evaluation of Company039s Properties periodically.

Preparation of feasibility for newexisitng opportunity.

Oversee Real Estate investments of the Company.

Liaise amp negotiate commercial terms with external service providersconsultants and submit recommendations to High Management.

Undertake effective management of cash flow and negotiating credit facilities.

Review on monthly basis MIS of the Company – standalone financial results position and cash flows and report to its Board.

Coordinate with Techsource for the implementation of new Leasing Software.

Perform any other related job duties as requested by General Manager.

Desired Profile

Bachelor Degree in Accounts Finance

Candidates have Online Degree are also encouraged to apply

Relevant professional qualification in finance MBACA is preferred

At least ten 5 years of finance experience with at least five 2 years in a managerial role.

A professional accounting qualification i.e. CPA or equivalent with good knowledge of international accounting and financial reporting standards with sound technical knowledge.

Essential Job Functions

Develops and implements plans to support Registration IT and Students affairs

3. التفاوض مع الموردين لتحصيل أقل سعر بأعلى المواصفات والتسهيلات الممكنة .
4. التنسيق مع الإدارة المالية لصرف قيمة عقود الشراء في الأوقات المتفق عليها مع الموردين.
5. متابعة مستويات جرد مستودعات المواد الأولية أسبوعياً بالتعاون مع أمين المستودعات وتحديد الكميات المطلوبة وفق لوائح الحدود الدنيا والقصوى لتخزين المواد الأولية.
6. التنسيق مع أمين المستودعات لاستلام المواد الواردة وفق الكميات المتفق عليها
7. التنسيق مع المخلصين الجمركين لضمان وصول البضاعة إلى الشركة بأقل الكلف الممكنة وأفضل الشروط.
8. التنسيق مع إدارة الجودة لفحص المواد المستلمة وضمان مطابقتها للمواصفات المتفق عليها.
9. دراسة سجلات المشتريات وإعداد التقارير الإحصائية للإدارة عند الطلب أو عند ملاحظة وجود خلل يستلزم التنبيه إليه .
10. التنسيق مع منظمة الترميز الدولية لإصدار باركود المنتجات الجديدة .
11. إعداد وحفظ سجلات الموردين وتقيم أدائهم بالاعتماد على الكلفة – تحقيق المواصفات المطلوبة – تسهيلات الدفع خدمات ما بعد الشراء – توفر المنتجات عند الطلب – الثقة بالمورد – السمعة .. وأي عناصر أخرى مؤثرة في قرارات الشراء .
12. الإشراف المباشر على أعمال مسئول المشتريات المحلية ومساعدته في تنظيمها وتوفير الأدوات اللازمة لتنفيذها .
13. إعداد إجراءات الجودة المرتبطة بإدارة المشتريات والتقيد بها وإعداد تعليمات العمل المنبثقة عنها..
14. المساهمة في استقبال الخبراء الأجانب واجتماعاتهم مع الإدارة .
15. المساهمة في حل كافة المشكلات المرتبطة بالمشتريات.
16. توثيق كافة العمليات المرتبطة بإدارة المشتريات ورقياً وحاسوبياً وحفظ سجلاتها
